Jim, Austin & crew did a great job. Jim was meticulous with his repair work & expertly took care of some hidden poor workmanship from when the house was built. Austin did a masterful job of matching ceiling texture, and the crew did a very good job of smoothing the walls. Highly recommend The Patch Boys of Cleveland!

You never know what you're going to get with a random search on the Internet but we sure got lucky. The work that Jim Smith and his son, Austin, did was amazing, first-rate all the way. I sold my condo and in order to pass inspection, I had to have the work done and not only was I thrilled about the work they did, so were the new owners. Matching ceiling spackling is no easy chore and while I only got to see a few minutes of him actually doing the work, I felt like I was watching an artiste. Throw in the fact that the job needed to be done right away and they easily met expectations there. As can be seen from the before and after pictures, from start to finish, the Patch Boys of Cleveland are as good as it gets in this business. Highly, highly recommended.

Jim and Austin did great work. Repaired many MANY items of concern from a couple large holes in walls and many cracks and separation in ceiling, including a long 4-6 foot crack that was falling on one side. Textured the ceiling to match current pattern spot on and sanding the walls so they are ready to paint! Awesome work. Cleaned up all work spaces and left me in good shape.

Very well from response time; estimate and completed work. Rick (owner) and Jim repair were both very professional and responsive. Even though it was a small job, there was no reluctance to doing the job
