 + -1 moreTHE LOVE SEAT WAS DAMAGED ON THE BACK SIDE. BASICALLY, THE MATERIAL WASN'T CUT RIGHT AND PUT ON FROM THE FACTORY. WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED, I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY LEFT IT AND TOLD ME TO CALL THE STORE. I CALLED THE STORE AND TOLD THEM I WANTED IT FIXED. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES, AND IT WAS ALWAYS ME CALLING THEM. WHEN THE SERVICE GUY CALLED ME, HE TOLD ME HE WAS COMING THE NEXT DAY AND I TOLD HIM I COULDN'T DO THAT. HE GOT SNOTTY WITH ME BECAUSE I TOLD HIM I COULDN'T BE HERE, BUT I CAN'T JUST TAKE OFF WORK AT A WHIM, AND I NEEDED SOME MORE NOTICE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A RECLINING COUCH, RECLINING LOVE SEAT AND RECLINING WINGBACK CHAIR.
