It went fine.  I had to wait a couple weeks to for the service since he relies on decent weather to do job, which was not a problem for me.  It took him all of 1.5-2 hours to do ~30 windows.   The windows looked great.

Excellent service! Very prompt in returning my initial and subsequent calls. Job was done very well. When we had to reschedule due to weather, Tom was able to work around my schedule easily.  He was courteous, personable and professional. WIll definitely call him again
