THE MAIN GUY, ROB, WAS HARD WORKING, AND PUT BLOCKS OF STYROFOAM UNDER EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY REPLACED THE FURNITURE AFTER THEY CLEANED. EVERYONE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD HAD FLOODED, AND THIS COMPANY CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT MORNING (SUNDAY.) NO ONE ELSE WAS THAT AVAILABLE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I ONLY HAD THE FANS ON FOR ONE DAY, AND WAS CHARGED FOR 4 DAYS, EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED ONE OF THE WORKERS TO COME AND GET THEM. ALSO, I HAD ASKED FOR A SMALL COURTESY DISCOUNT, BECAUSE I REFERRED THEM TO A LOT OF THE OTHER PEOPLE IN MY CONDO DEVELOPMENT, BUT I NEVER HEARD FROM THE OWNER ON THAT POINT.

GOOD WORK WAS DONE, REMOVED CARPET, REMOVED BOTTOM OF PANELING, DISINFECTED, AND DEODORIZED THE AREA. COST WAS EXPENSIVE, BECAUSE OF THE URGENCY OF THE SITUATION, I DIDN'T GET AN ESTIMATE IN ADVANCE, BUT THIS SEEMS EXORBITANT.
