They did an excellent job and it looks beautiful. I could not recommend anyone higher. When rain was in the forecast, they sent out two crews to get it done in one day. They did a fabulous job and I would definitely use them again.

The $1,400 repair was performed by 2 inexperienced workers who left the job site a mess, (cigarette butts on the roof and in the gutters, backing paper in our yard and in the neighbors, roofing nails dumped on the roof and in the driveway, etc.). Worse, the "tune-up" caused areas to leak which were not prior to the service, (to his credit, Priebe did schedule a painter to repaint the ceiling to fix the resulting damage). It took 2 additional trips by 2 other repairmen over a period of 5 months to fix the initial problem. During this period, I experienced water damage in the garage ceiling. I notified Priebe several times and provided photo's, no response. Update: with this year's first winter weather we are experiencing more water damage due to the "fixes" performed by Priebe than we had prior to his service. Consequently, I am searching Angie's List for a competent roofer. I should have done this BEFORE contracting Priebe.

the job was finished in a timely manner but the foreman on the job was not a nice guy. he even made harassing phone calls while waiting for the insurance to send the checks. this company did 3 different  roofs for me and each one has had problems that have too date not been addressed by the company. the garage still leaks, the rubber roof on the one home was done improperly and leaks, the dormers both leaked badly! the roof at my home also leaked although they did fix it and said they would repaint the damaged ceiling. they did not .when I looked into it I was finally able to get some answers. this company sold its name for the summer to another company who did the work then left the state. they lied when I asked if they were local. mike priebe company has not answered my calls or done anything about my problems. I did get one dormer fixed by a local company and the people down in texas who did the worked reimbursed me for the roof only not the damaged caused by the faulty roof which was thousands of dollars. they put shingles on a flat roof improperly and because it was shoddy work the insurance company would do nothing for me. mike priebe let another company represent them. I thought I was getting a local well known company and I would have protection with the 10 year warranty. it was all a scam and I am still paying for it. I still have a garage roof that leaks badly. a rubber roof that now has a temporary fix that I had to pay for and still have to get done right, a damaged ceiling that i had to paint, a garage roof that is soft in an area because the wood underneath is rotted and was not replaced but roofed over, nails coming through all the roofs that are so long I have to put a helmet on to go into the attics and thousands of dollars out of my account to fix the damage done from the second rubber roof that was not done properly. I would never recommend this company to anyone. it is so wrong to let another company use your name and mislead you into thinking you are getting what you are not. I am so upset at what has happened to me and hope no one else suffers from the issues I have had and continue to have.

They had the entire project done in one day!! I have never had a contractor clean up after themselves as well as they did. I've never found a scrap of old shingle or nails or any debris after the job was completed. They left the job site immaculate.

They were great. The crew was clean, fast, efficient, and pleasant and addressed every issue and concern that I've had. The price was reasonable and the crew was like a well-oiled machine. They worked together and it was efficient. Their trucks were well organized and they knew where their things were. They didn't talk and they cleaned up. It was raining and they kept working. They got here at eight and left by two. It was unbelievable.

I got his name through our church bulletin and he was probably gave me my third or fourth quote. He was the most thorough. I had storm damage and he suggested, based on the condition of the roof, that I should contact my insurance company. He worked with them to get me an insurance claim. We were very pleased with the quality.

 They were completely professional from the beginning estimate to the cleaning up after the job was complete. In fact, they did more than was in the contract.
Andy, the estimator / sales person, was professional, informative and helpful. I couldn't  have asked for a better buying experience.
Mike Priebe Roofing did everything they were supposed to do, and did it when they said they would. 
I would recommend them highly.

Using this company was a nightmare. Nothing went right. We were told they'd start the job in about 3 weeks. It took over over 5 and we had to place many calls just to find out what the delay was. We told our salesman repeatedly that we needed to know the exact date they'd be out so we could have certain other things in place. After many calls, we were told we'd hear back early the following week about a later start date that same week. I was shocked to come home that Monday to find new gutters on the house - along with debris all over the yard (front, back, and sides), dead grass, and my fruit garden trampled and destroyed (note; there was zero reason for them to be stepping on the plants. They were not in the way of doing the job). They left holes in my siding from removal of the old downspouts without filling the holes. They ran a course of downspout in the wrong place. They didn't run a downspout in another area as they were supposed to. Our salesman was ignoring our calls and the ops manager was as well. When we finally did manage to speak to one of them, they blamed each other for the problems and/or confusion. When they finally sent someone out to fix the unpatched holes and the downspout issues, I was given a specific arrival time (first thing in the am - 8ish) but no one showed. Many calls later, I'm told repair guy would arrive at noon. This from Wayne and the repair guy - who didn't show up until after 2pm!! He also left debris in the yard - sharp pieces of metal where us or our animals could be injured.

The roof leaked from day one. They were back every year at spring time to fix the roof.  My ceiling leaked from the roof they NEVER fixed. I had to. My 2 windows they leaked from day one in side my house !!!!!  My gutters fell off.  All this has put us in court, and I'm having to pay out of pocket expenses again. THE men on the crews some of them had ankle bracelets from court. I run a day care I should of been told of this first, not one of my parents seeing it. This was a big job they took on and I paid for it in full. I never questioned anything , I now know I should have. I'm sorry to have to put this out, but I feel I need to. Very good. They were very professional and did a great job.

Not pleased at all!  The day they can out was cold, snow in the forecast, which eventually came within hours. They removed the old roof before I was able to get home to tell them to wait for better weather. The new roofing material was not immediately available and the crew even admitted that it was too cold for this job. The inclement weather (cold, snow, and wind) and lack of material did not set well with me and it was evident in the workmanship.  I had several others (roofers, city of Brunswick Inspectors, Insurance Company Inspector, and Warranty Inspector) agreed that it could have been done better.  My anguish is that they will not return calls and correct their mistakes. It may seems petty but I am still picking up nails and traces of material after 2 years.

From the start, the receptionist was very professional and understood my needs.  She immediately set up an appointment with Andy, their inspector, to come out at a time that was convenient to me. Andy came exactly when the appointment was set for.  He, too, was extreamly professional. He determined that the limb had not (surprisingly to me) damaged the garage roof.  He also inspected the house roof for hail damage from a previous storm and showed me how damage would be determined.  Fortunately, I was fine there as well.  Imagine, a roofer who didn't take a job that would have been a sure thing. As background, I had my home roof replaced two years ago by another company that carried high awards by GAF (which Mike Prieto has as well).  I was told by them (after I spent $13,000) that they would come and check both things out.  Then, I was told that the insurance company would inspect it and just give me a check.  Again, I called to tell them that I wanted their opinion about my roofs, they refused to return my calls. When I need roofing done in the future, it will only be done by Mike Priebe roofing.

We used Priebe Roofing to replace our roof which was damaged by a hail storm. They did an excellent job, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Our project manager, Jimmy, was knowledgeable, very polite, and always responsive to our needs. Not only did they do a great job on the roof, but they were extremely helpful in coordinating approval and payment with our insurance company and homeowner's association.

Work was not started on date planned (without notifying me), also delayed because of rain during project (no one's fault of course- act of nature). So very disappointed ~ I chose this company despite their estimate being the MOST expensive, because I was assured that the tear-off clean up would be very thorough. I was concerned about the safety of my dogs, and potential for nails on the ground. I was assured that the perimeter of my home would be rolled nightly with a magnetic roller to pick up any fallen metallic debris. In actuality, I picked up hundreds of nails myself, as well as much other debris. (Luckily, no harm to my dogs.) Gutters and downspouts were CLOGGED with debris(nails, tar paper, shingle trimmings), prohibiting water drainage. Calls to owner were not returned. When foreman came to house for after-job inspection and these concerns were mentioned, he explained that jobs are subcontracted, and not everything can be supervised. No resolution to debris problem, no attempt to remedy my concerns.

I gave the job to them after getting numerous quotes - they were the most expensive. They promised because of the higher price that they would clean up everything and are timely and responsive. They did the job and the roof started to leak and the gutters were overflowing. I called them at least 25 times and they told me each time that they would be out - finally they did not come but suggested that I activate the warranty and then they could come and fix the problem. They wanted to charge the warranty company to come and fix a problem that they caused by not doing the roof work right in the first place. Finally, I had to spend money on an attorney and now - six months later the roof was fixed as well as the gutter, they still have to come and repaint because of the leaks in the house. It was a nightmare from beginning to end.. hope to never see or hear from them again - I cringe every time I see their ads.

They are excellent people. They provided an estimate and wrote up a contract. They even took us up on the roof to show us. They found that the sub-roofing was way too thin and that sub-par roofing material was used. When they finished, they had an inspector come out to make sure that everything met their standards. They used high quality materials and cleaned-up everything; you wouldn't even know they were here. I was extremely pleased with them.

It did not go well at all. They took the entire roof of right before winter, the weather was horrible which made matters worse. The shingles that they put up did not match. They did not nail it down, the wind blew off some of the shingles, some of the rollers blew off and fell into the yard. They left nails in the yard and driveway when they were done.

It was fine. They did a nice job. He gave me a good price. He came out when he said he was going to. He did the work very well and the end product was very good.

It was fair. We have some leaking in some spots, but that developed later on down the line. At the time, I though they did a good job. I am getting residue from the roofing that comes down on the siding. Occasionally we have to have the house spray washed to clean. That could be representative of the quality of the tile we used to roof.

It went very well. The salesman was helpful and gave me a whole list of customers with roofs I could look at. I admire my roof every time I look at it.

They were wonderful. They were professional and they did an excellent job. The quality was good. We would use them again. They didn?t leave a mess. They cleaned up after themselves.

It was fine. We had him come back when we had a small leak and he came back right away.

They are very professional. They sent out some one first, to inspect the attic and to check for any damages inside, they are very detailed. They are in good terms with the insurance company that had gathered during the process. They were very careful with their timelines; they showed up and finished the job on time.

They were excellent. Price was good. We didn't have any leaks or problems with the roof or siding. They cleaned up well when the job was complete.

They were efficient and got the job done. They were also very informative and did a nice follow-up.
