Bought 15 yard of topsoil after reviewing the advertizing on the internet, The topsoil is shown smooth and seems in good quality, but the topsoil delivered is mixed with rock, pebble, clustered clay (big and small), and small pieces of wood.
Tried to contact the company owner, he promised to come to see the lawn in 2 days.

DO NOT USE this company.  They promised to have mulch delivered to me today, as I had landscapers present to place the topsoil and mulch in the appropriate places.  I received and 11-2 timeframe.  The delivery truck never showed and no one bothered to give me a call and let me know that the truck was running behind.  As a result, I paid for landscapers to install mulch and topsoil however no product arrived.  Intially I was told that the delivery person was 20 minutes away from my house...an hour passed...and still no delivery.  I had to call multiple times to find out what happened.  After several attempts, much to my dismay, I find out that the truck had not even picked up the stuff to bring to my home.  Addtionally whomever I spoke at 2:40 (40 minutes passed the promised timeframe) had the audacity to tell me that the were only 40 minutes late...when in fact the truck was not even in route to my house which is minimally 35 minutes away.  This company will try to entice you by matching prices with other more reliable companies...don't fall for it.  DO NOT USE this company.  If you want timely and professional service, I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.  Apparently this company has very litte integrity and virtually no customer service.

They sprayed on hydro-seed to start a new lawn, after removing the old lawn. The hydro-seed never completely took and the yard came in with lots of weeds, patches, and bare spots. I've called them numerous times, written letters to them, and they will not return calls or come back to finish the job.

CAME 20 MINUTES EARLY. HE ANSWERED A FEW QUESTIONS I HAD & DUMPED THE WOOD WHERE I ASKED. I'M HAPPY WITH THE CONDITION OF THE WOOD. THEY GAVE ME A VARIETY OF SIZES WHICH I APPRECIATE. I HAD SOME CLEAN UP OF MULCH & BARK AFTER HAULING THE WOOD. THOUGH I WAS EXPECTING THAT.

CAME WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME GIVEN. DUMPED THE MULCH ON SOME TARPS THAT I LAID OUT.
