Great service, Ken was so kind and professional, I have a cat and I was so concerned about the inside spraying, he assured me all would be fine if me and the cat stayed there, all the pests are gone and me and the cat were fine, I thought the price was very reasonable . A+

I have used Imperial Pest Control several times over the years for VA Pest inspections, as well as pest control for my rental properties. Ken always does a great job. He returns phone calls promptly and is always able to come out and get the job done. He also has no problem returning and doing an extra treatment if needed. I have had him come out the past two years and am very happy with the results.

Found carpenter ants in our shed over the weekend. On Monday morning, Orkin was my first phone call; they required a 1 year contract that amounted to over $700! Then I called Imperial Pest control after seeing them on Angie's List and knowing they are a local company (seeing their trucks around town). Ken came out the same day and said he would do an around the house spray (cost $85). I was expecting an additional charge for the carpenter ant treatment of our shed. But the carpenter ant problem was treated also, and the total charge was no more than the around the house spray cost ($85+tax). I appreciated Ken's ease to do business with and his mild mannered professionalism. Would definitely recommend!

I have had Ken do this service at my house a few times, now, and will continue hiring him. He is prompt in returning calls, willing to work with me on scheduling times that need to change, and is professional, courteous and personable. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the industry - both the pests and products used to control them. Even when I had a question about a few different things I observed around the house, he was able to give me answers that explained the issue and eased my concerns. Excellent service!
