Garage Door Pros

My wife and I were concerned about our garage door. I contacted Garage Door Pros and, given the type of door as well its age and that of the opener, we decided to have them replaced. We were given a well-priced quote and decided to proceed with having the work done. The owner, Keith, is very personable and kept me up-to-date with availability of supplies. Tony and his son installed the new door and opener. They were both very nice, approachable, and professional. There was a small dent in one of the garage panels. Keith came out to replace it a few days later. The new door and opener are great! I highly recommend using Garage Door Pros for your garage door and or opener needs.

This is the first time I used Garage Door Pros. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Replaced the springs and did it for a surprising reasonable price. Will definitely call next time I need my garage door serviced.

My garage door opener stopped working so I was happy that Kieth was available the day I called. He showed up at the scheduled time and quickly installed a new garage door opener. Everything went very well. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. The opener is working great and I have no complaints.

Keith did a great job and was very helpful in helping us pick the right door and garage door opener. I needed to replace a cracked pad underneath the door and as soon as I had that finished he came right out to check if any adjustments needed to be done. I would definitely refer everyone in need of a new door or repairs to existing door to call Keith!

Price was best offer of three. Job was completed quickly, from the first call to the install, we couldn't expect anything more.

Keith came out the next day to quote price. When I let Keith know that I wanted him do the job he did it within 2 days. Keith and his associate replaced the door in less than 2 hours. I was going to get estimates from other door companies, but nobody put in the effort to get the job that Keith did. I told other companies that I was looking for a new door, none of them came out, they wanted me to take pictures or measurements which I did not want to do. I feel when hiring a company they should be willing to do their job. The other companies that I contacted were Automatic Garage Co, B & B Overhead Door, All Around Door & Gate

Had contacted another Angie's List contractor that was giving a special for $150 spring replacement. Contacted Keith from Angie's List and looks like $150 is pretty much standard price for spring replacement. Planned on late Tuesday (10/9/18) morning appt and he called when he was about 15 minutes out. Had no problem replacing the springs, put in heavier duty springs (only cost him extra $12), got my senior discount, and gives a 5 YEAR WARRANTY. Most companies only give a 1 year warranty. Can't beat his service.

This company provides excellent customer service! I received a call back within 10 minutes or less to set up an appointment. During the call, they gave me a tip about how to get the door to go up so I could get my car out. An appointment was set for between 12 and 2 the next day, which was the day I requested. I received a phone call in the morning to tell me they were able to get to my house earlier. They arrived before 11 and the spring replacement was done in about a half hour. Satisfied customer!

Our garage door fell off of it's track and was badly bent. I messaged Keith Hlynosky on a Friday evening and he responded quickly. Came out the next morning and gave us a quote on a new door and options on what he had in stock. It is Monday afternoon and the job is complete. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I called on Thursday afternoon and he was here Friday morning, calling about 10 minutes prior to arriving. In about 15 minutes he diagnosed and fixed the squeal. He also suggested maintenance that I should perform to prevent it in the future.

Keith came out the same day. He did a wonderful job at a terrific price. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recommend him highly.

They showed up quickly, right when they said they would be there. They fixed the door (the opener needed adjustment).

Garage door repair

Called this morning. Received a quote and were here within 3hrs and gone a half hour later. Door fixed and adjusted. Reinforced track as was loose. Oiled and adjusted. All with a 5 year parts and labor warranty. Can’t say thanks enough. Honest direct and local business to boot not a franchise. Definitely recommend to anyone with garage door needs. Truly takes pride in his work!

Nice job. Keith stopped by within two hours after I called on a Saturday morning and replaced the springs in a half hour. He also provided some good information about garage door components and suggestions for future maintenance.

Awesome. Did a great job with the initial service call, cleaned up, was thorough. Price more than reasonable. While he was there I asked about light panels for the doors to let in view and light. He gave me a very fair quote and within a couple of weeks I had enhanced my house immeasurably. Keith is so very conscientious, nice, knowledgeable and professional. Truly a notable A+ customer experience.
