Went great! E&C were life savers! Called very last minute because another moving company canceled on me 1 hour before they were suppose to start. They came and did the move in a little under 3 hours! Would definitely recommend these guys!

The owner of E and C Movers - Wayne - and his “almost a brother,” Brian, arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and worked quickly, smartly, efficiently and professionally for the entire 3-hour time period. It was pretty amazing that they accomplished everything we asked of them in that time, because there was a LOT of stuff that needed to make into the truck ahead of Phase One of our move to Conn. We were a little hesitant to ask them about moving an entire (big!) dining room set next door into the neighbor’s condo, which was not really part of the duties for which we had hired E and C. But Wayne and Brian were ready, willing and able to add that task to their list ... and STILL finish the real job - packing the truck - before the 3 hours was up. Great guys - friendly and funny, with a terrific work ethic and a no-nonsense approach to completing the task at hand. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat — in fact, we may talk to them about working on Phase 2 and 3 of our major move (when the time finally comes!). If they can beat the big-guy moving company’s price, we may hire Wayne and Co. to load another truck then drive it to our destination and unload it. As Wayne said, “Just buy us a bus ticket back to Ohio!” Thanks for a job well done, guys! We’ll be in touch ... Jack & Diane

I had a massive dirt removal and sod and rock laying job after a pool was dug out and put in my backyard.  256 rolls of sod and 2 giant piles of dirt gone all by E and C movers.  They stay until the tasks is done and don't overcharge.

We were in the process of moving cross country. I contacted E & C movers about unloading our large moving van. Wayne was very accommodating on our time request and assured me that they would be available as long as we needed them on the that day.
Wayne and his crew arrived early to make sure that they evaluated exactly what was needed for the job. They were extremely professional, conscientious, polite, and careful. It was a very large job and they worked quickly. They carried many extremely heavy furniture pieces up a curved staircase. I was impressed with how hard they worked. They did a wonderful job of placing all boxes in the correct room location so that we could expedite our unpacking process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Wayne and his team were great. They showed up on time, they had positive attitudes despite the extremely cold weather, they were professional, and they took great care of our stuff while loading/unloading it and packing the truck. Plus, they were very fast - they had us moved out of our 10x20 and 5x10 storage units and into our house in a little less than four hours. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and have already recommended them to family and friends who will be moving later this year.

Wayne, Rick, and Steve arrived on time for the move. After showing the team around the house, the owner, Wayne, provided a good estimate of time it would take to load the truck, which was a 24' U-Haul that we rented separately (additional cost of approximately $79 + $15 gas). Once the project was started, we were concerned we would not be able to complete the move in one trip; however, the expertise of the moving team made it happen! Overall, the move was efficent and went smoothly with no damage to our belongings or walls, which was quite a feat considering some of the twists and turns that had to be navigated with some very bulky items (i.e. 12 year old projection TV and full size treadmill moved up from the basement with a landing with a 90 degree turn, etc.). While having to rent a separate truck was different from other companies we spoke to --who provided much higher preliminary estimates -- we are very happy with overall moving time and cost. Great job, guys!

Called Wayne on Tuesday and he came out on Weds, exactly at the time he promised. He and his two movers were courteous and professional, and worked quickly. They completed the work in less than the 2 hour time estimated. They moved A LOT of wet, heavy items (50 garbage bags, 50 carpet rolls, 4 desks, workbench, dining table, multiple file cabinets, freezer, exercise eqpt, heavy particle board tables, etc. They took care not to damage my home moving some large heavy items. I liked that he used text messages to communicate plans and answer questions, that way it's written down. All in all just what I needed and I'd use them again. Thanks!

..Wayne and his movers were very pleasant to work with....the only thing we were confused about was that they do not rent the moving truck...customers are asked to obtain that and they will pick up truck and come to destination for the move...pack, load and unload.....in our case we had a truck deliver from west coast in place but for locals looking to move...the price does not include a truck...we suggested that they provide this service in the future for potential customers as it will be more convenient and most people will expect the truck to be obtained by professional movers. Wayne and his group were a good group of guys. Hard working.

I called on Monday and they were out on Tuesday. They were actually early for the appointment. I liked that they were early because I had mentioned that I had another appointment. Their service was fine. They didn't end up bumping into any doorway or anything. It was a pretty efficient and a timely service. I thought that the price was good. Their professionalism was fine.
