The experience has been extremely good. One season a few years ago, we had bad bees and they had even made holes in the ground, they were in the wood pile, and he said that they would sting you over and over again. He sprayed them, and said if there are any problems we should call him again. Sure enough a couple of weeks later, he said we would go over it again, there may be something he missed, and there was no charge. He found another nest. He had to use a pole to break up the wood and get the nest. There was no problem after that. He is terrific. I got a few other estimates a few years ago, and he was comparable so I went with him. He was an older man, not real old, but he was probably in his late 50s and it is a family operation, and he was personable, so I gave him the job and I have been satisfied ever since. He is a little cheaper than some. He gives a guarantee and says if there is anything he will come back at no charge. He came right out within 24 hours. They probably have a whole bunch of customers, and his responsiveness is good.

They arrived on time and were reasonably priced. We will be using them this summer.

We have been using them for about six years. They charged us $125 the first time and then $50 every other month. We don't have any problem with bugs. We would recommend them to others and would continue to use them in the future.
