The work was done quickly and efficiently but after the fact, I realized the price of the project and the part seemed very overdone. Failed on transparency and pricing

He was very personable and explained everything he did. He was extremely honest. He offers a contract for annual cleaning of air conditioners and furnaces, which is a very reasonable price, and when you sign up for it, you get a 15% discount on parts. I was able to use that discount on the part he picked up for me on that first visit. I had him back another time and again he was extremely helpful. He was an employee of a Government contractor for over 10 years, so he has that additional experience. I would highly recommend him.

I delayed writing this because i was too aggravated to do so, but since Angie's List insisted here we go. Punctually and friendly. The service rep wanted to drill holes in my heater to increase what he believed was needed airflow. The concern I had is he started talking about this prior to even seeing my furness. This company had never been to my house , the furnace was not a year old. He was the first person to give the furnace a tune up. I found it very odd that some of the first words from him was of the possibility of needing more airflow, he had yet to do any work or see the heater. After going into the basement and looking at the furnace, his his prescription was to modify my ductwork. At the time his opinion was based off of just looking. I told him to prove it needed more airflow. He said the only way to know for sure was to drill small hoes in my duct work to be able to test inflow and outflow with his monitors. Needless to say I declined. He performed the tune up and left. The work i hired the company for was completed to expectations, I am just leary of this company based off of their eagerness to exploit me.

I was provided with a three hour window; however, the tech, Michael Krysiak, arrived promptly at 8am to my surprise and also called before he arrived so that I knew he was coming. Michael was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and talked me through everything he was doing. I will definitely be using him for all of my heating and cooling needs from now on.

Mike was great and solved several issues that I wasn't aware of - including the fact that critters had been coming in to the furnace via the intake valve. Mike was very thorough and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call him in the spring about a new AC unit. Great service!

We have a York High efficiency furnace that has been a nightmare from day one (put in by another contractor). We have had probably more than 2 dozen service calls over the last 8 years for a great deal of money.
Mike Krysiak from Airserv came out today and did quite a bit more investigating options than normal. It is a very poorly engineered furnace (shame on you York and original installers). He pointed out some design shortcomings that he can address at a later date. Overall all impressed by his hard work and dedication especially compared to some of the other service people we have used.

Works was done mostly on the first day and a short time the following day to finish the new air cleaner system. All work was explained and instructed on how to keep system running smooth. A couple things may need attention later on but we were told for now things are running well enough. Mike was very professional and explained what was to be done and how our system would be more efficient once he was done. No complaints here and we would recommend him to others.

The technician from AirServe was very prompt, professional, and thorough with his service call. I appreciated his evaluation of my current heating system which is almost 30 years old. We discussed the future option of replacing this unit and converting to gas.

I started my air conditioning system this afternoon, just to make sure it will work this season. the house cooled right down, but when I checked the furnace condensate pump, I found water was leaking out the access panel of my furnace on to the floor. The serviceman found that the condensate pump was functioning properly, but thepvc trap was clogged. The condensate backed up inside the furnace and overflowed down the inner wall of the furnace. He cut out the pvc trap and flushed the piping & washed out the trap. He reinstalled the trap with two no hub flexible fittings so that the trap can easily be removed for inspection in the future. He also removed my 20" x 25" x 1" pleated filter that I bought from lowes & installed an inexpensive dust filter. He showed me the amount of air flow restriction caused by the pleated filter. We are now talking about replacing the return air drop with a the proper sized hi efficiency 20" x 25" x 4" filter box/access panel on the side of my furnace.

Mike Krysiak/AireServe of Strongsville completed annual cleaning and maintenance of my 9 year old furnace in December and suggested to extend the life, efficiency and improve air quality of my home that I have a new filter system installed on my furnace. Mike was very thorough in explaining the process to replace the existing 1" filter compartment with the new 5" system, as well as explain the benefits of replacing to my home and the efficiency and life of my furnace.
Mike is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all my questions and also worked around a hectic schedule to get the work completed with minimum inconvenience.
I will not use any other company for my HVAC needs.

We recently moved into a new home and were having problems with our AC unit. We called Air Serv of Strongsville to come out and inspect our AC unit for us. Within hours they were out and had the problem fixed. Not only were they punctual and very professional, But everyone we spoke to was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Mike showed up on time and ready to help. He did a complete evaluation of my furnace and broke down the terminology in laymen's terms. Mike let me know that my furnace still has a few year left before it will need to be replaced. He also let me know that my hot water tank was in bad shape and could break at any minute. I decided to have the hot water tank replaced.
Mike and his team came in to replace the tank while I was at work. I trusted Mike enough to let him into my home when I was not there. He came in and installed the tank in about 3 hours. He then followed up with a phone call to make sure I was completely satisfied (which I was).
I highly recommend Mike and his team. He is a great person who does outstanding work.
