They came in a timely manner. Very respectful and polite when working. Everyday after they were finished for the day, they would clean up what they could. I never felt I had to worry about nails being left on the ground and this was definitely something I worried about since I have two small children. The workers were very courteous and astute. There were a couple of issues along the way, for example, our original gutter guards had gotten ruined in the process and they were not to be replaced, but Thrush replaced them free of charge. We had asked them to add a down spout to one of the corners of our home and they replaced the wrong one, but again, Thrush came out the next day and added the down spout and left the other spout free of charge. Thrush was professional from the start. Our sales Consultant, Rich Applegate was polite and since he mostly dealt with me (wife), I never once felt he talked down to me nor treated me any different than he would a man. He made sure I was happy with the product and the choices I made. I never felt pressured to buy or upgrade. He came one evening after hours so that my husband could be there for when we finalized the purchase. He was quick to respond to e-mails. I was very pleased with the whole process. Rich, was wonderful to work with. The roofers/workers did a fantastic job!!! Mr. Thrush himself came out to do a follow up to make sure my husband and I were fully satisfied with the job. And we are! we absolutely love our new roof and siding. Thank you Thrush for an amazing experience and job well done!!!

Excellent experience from the estimate to finished product.
Salesman was thorough and informative, very knowledgable. Estimate very competitive for what was done.
Work crew and foreman were friendly, quick and efficient. Roofing work was done in one day and clean-up was excellent.
Gutters were done a couple of days later. Again friendly personnel and work and clean-up done quickly.
Would recommend to anyone any day!

Once work began (contacted vendor in August 11) in December of 11 it went smoothly.After work was completed the cladding around the garage started to fall down. After called vendor 3 timessomeone was finally dispatched to repair problem.No problem with work or materials, just the responsiveness of vendor after job was completed.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. YOU WOULDN'T EVEN NOTICE THAT THEY HAD BEEN HERE BECAUSE THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
