It went well. The crew didn't speak much English and I don't speak any Spanish so there was a language barrier when their boss wasn't around. The crew kept asking me for soda. Other than that everything went fine.

Andre and his team were very professional and thorough! He always answered when I gave him a call, and he explained everything to us with visuals (photos and sketches) and in great detail before having his men begin. And he was even kind enough to throw in extra work without extra cost to us to make sure the job was done right (extra cocking around the chimney plate that had been installed by a previous handyman company and along the siding beside out front door where water had also been seeping in). We will definitely be calling them for any further projects in the future! :)

The overall project went very smooth.

This contractor repaired work and found problems that other contractors had done.

These guys are great.  My husband is very picky about the wood work, and worries about having workmen in, but he raves about Andres and his helper and has asked them to price 2 more jobs.  They were professional, answered all our questions.  When additional paint and time were needed to complete the agreed upon work, they stuck to the estimate and did not try to tack on extra charges.  As my husband says, there were just no disappointments about this job.  They moved furniture, and left the woodwork spotless.  I highly recommend this crew.

Generally very well.  Andres is very responsive and a hard worker.  He was there every day doing the work himself with a helper.    There was however an issue with unclear communication about the start time the first day.  They were later than they said originally and did not call to let me know.

Andres, the owner, called soon after I contacted him to set an appointment. I explained the main project and mentioned that there were other smaller projects too. He came by to assess the job and quoted me what I thought was a fair price for all of it. We set a date for the service to be done but later had to change it by 2 days. He brought another worker when he came to do the job and they both got straight to work. They performed quality repairs on all of the areas they worked and even allowed me to add-on a big one I had forgotten about for a very reasonable additional fee. They spent the better part of a day here. I felt comfortable having them in my house, they stayed focused on their work, took care of all the problems and most impressively they completely cleaned up behind themselves when they were done! I made sure to ask Andres for quotes on other projects (roof repair and bathroom remodel) before he left as I'd like to hire him again sometime.

We hired Rehabs R Us to complete the drywall  in our bathroom.  We supplied most of the materials after getting a list from the contractor.    This was a side job for him and was done over several days.  He worked late several evenings to get the job done.  My husband and I were pleased with his responsiveness.  His work met our expectations and we would definately hire him again.

Andres and Rehabs R Us did a fantastic job. We've been working on an addition for a long time, and have had trouble finding people to work on the remaining pieces that we didn't know how (or want to) finish. We'll be happy to work with Rehabs R Us for the remainder of our home improvement project, and we'll be working with the company to do some work on some rental houses, too. Andres really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Mr. Andres Gonzalez, the owner, is an extremely nice person. I had a sense from the first meeting that he was a perfectionist, and I was right! Andres is very professional in his appearance and very courteous. He provided a written estimate, including a sheet with the work items only, which was handy to use for comparison as I solicited additional quotes/estimates. When the project start was delayed one day, Andres called several days in advance to forewarn me; then he and his crew worked extra hard to make up the time. I believe the entire project was finished in 8 days!
As the project progressed, there were no surprises. One corner of the house had old siding, which was not flush with the rest of the house. Andres presented to me several options for proceeding, including the cost to completely refab the substrate and and quot;do it right,and quot; which was reasonable.
Andres was on site personally 90% of the time, which I think is important. His crew was punctual and polite. The yard was cleaned up at the end of each day, and at the end of the project, the yard, surrounding sidewalks, porch, and driveway were thoroughly cleaned and a magnet run over the entire property to pick up any spare nails. Andres even allowed me to put some yard waste into the trailer as he hauled it off to the dump the last time. I had Andres give me an estimate to fix my leaky roof, and I'll be using him for that work in the near future.
A few days after project completion, I had a piece of siding come loose and texted Andres about it. He was at my house fixing it when I arrived home from work that evening.
Bottom line here, Mr. Gonzalez is a hard working, honest person, and I would recommend he and his work to anyone.

My husband and I did the demo of the old plaster wall.  Andres and his crew cut hole in brick wall for new sliding door, reframed, installed door.  Finished exterior beautifully!  Made sure there would be no leakage of moisture from rain on the deck.  Installed new electric for outside light,  rewired and rerouted some of the electrical wiring in dining area  that was not within code.   Ran new wiring inside of ceiling for ceiling light in adjoining family room.  installed new drywall and taped and finished.  Taped and finished some drywall we had already installed in family room.  Matched old ceiling finish to repaired area in kitchen ceiling.
I am very pleased with the work.  Work was done very well.  They finished within the scheduled time except for the window which was delayed in arriving for installation.  Still waiting for that to be installed. 
I also intend to have them back to install a couple more new windows, weather permitting and to do some exterior painting in the spring.  Andres is a very knowledgable person, very careful in the finishing process, and very trust worthy.   Very easy to work with and anxious to please his clients and his pricing is very reasonable.   He is also busy, so expect a couple of weeks before he can schedule your job.  I asked him to get my work done before Christmas so that I could put down a new floor and he was done in plenty of time.  I also made a few requests of him during the remodeling process and he was quite happy to meet my needs.  I was very happy to have him do my remodeling and will definitely use him again.

The work was well done, and quickly, since we were having a wedding that summer. However, we later had a problem with mildew. At no cost to us, they have come back this month and totally stripped the deck. They covered it with a tarp for several weeks to assure that the wood is dry, and they are staining and sealing it this week. They always go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

My husband and I were very pleased with the overall work that this company performed for us...they would talk to us and ask us and worked with us on all levels of our concerns if we had any on a daily basis...they were very neat and our house was cleaned at the end of each work day..I would gladly use them again and recommend them for future jobs...

They are fair and always do excellent work, coming back to take care of any problems that might come up. They take great pride in their work. As they become more and more busy, sometimes things back up, mostly due to how busy they are, but always get back to you. For the storm door we did have to wait several months since it was such a small job and they were very busy over the summer.

Andres Gonzalez and his crew are terrific. They were prompt and thorough. They work hard and do excellent work. Andres is a perfectionist who goes above and beyond. We have also used his company for a complete bath overhaul down to the studs, and for painting. siding replacement and other repair projects. Sometimes they want to work late into the evening so if that doesn't suit you, just let them know.
