-Did not complete the work after full payment -Unresponsive about scheduling the second part of the work until given a negative review (after 13 days of no response) -charged for and left a faucet that did not fit our vanity -Disrespectful of our home- left damage to hardwood floors and messes on separate occasions.

Just recently moved to east Tennessee and our fixer upper requires plumbing updates, while we are not quite ready for the updates just yet, my kitchen sink backed up. I read the other reviews for Tom and decided I would try this company. When I called I got no answer and knew I'd called back in a few minutes. I never got the chance to call back because Tom called me first and said he could be out the next day. He arrived on time fixed the problem, combed through our future update issues which he will be working on. One of the best professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with, will call him for all my future needs and will recommend him to everyone I know.
