I had my garage door replaced from an old wooden garage door to a new insulated door with windows. After coming out and providing an estimate, I made my choice and scheduled a date for replacement. I was also concerned that my garage door opener was not working correctly and thought it should be replaced. John informed me that the garage door opener was an excellent opener, and did not likely need replaced, but just repaired. The day the garage door was replaced, the opener was repaired and works just fine. Not only did this save me money, but it prevented waste. I could not find the screws for the garage door opener cover, so John found some at his shop and came back and replaced the cover.
The quote I received was an error, and the garage door I chose did not get properly priced. The error was on John's part, and he ate the difference. The guys were very pleasant when they were here, worked hard, and did a great job. I was very pleased with the installation and have had no problems. I was so satisfied, I hired them to come back and replace a portion of my roof as well. I would recommend them to anyone. A+ on integrity and customer service.

The service man was so nice! He had to climb into my garage since she door was broken. He found the power needed to be reset. He was very courteous and very sweet.

Replacing the wood that had gone bad was nice of him because a lot of other companies said they would charge me extra. He did that as a cost of business. Everyone who worked on the roof was very respectful and I appreciated that they did such a good job.

I had a roof damaged during a recent windstorm...I called Englewood Garage Door and Roofing. They came out next day and gave me a price (not an estimate) for the job. I gave them the go ahead on a thursday. The roofed the building the following monday and all was finished and cleaned up by the end of monday. I was totally happy with their work and happily recommend them.

John was punctual for the agreed upon time for the estimate but never did send a quote.

Took a few days longer than expected due to structural work ecnountered on rake overhangs but did all that was asked and more. Hard working all American crew. Owner John Kettlewell present for whole job and provided great overall experience. Top notch!

The company was very attentive to our needs. Before they were able to get to our job, we had shingles blown off in a wind storm in a small area. They came and put temporary shingles over that area to prevent any damage from leaking until they could get to our job. There were a couple other tasks they completed for us over and above the initial request.

For the flat roof portion, they were able to find and potentially repair the leaks. It appears to be fixed, but they will not collect payment for that portion until it has been tested further and we have determined that the problem is fixed.

We would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

They came back if we had any problems and fixed it right away, no questions asked. They were very courteous and had good manners. If we had any questions, they answered them right on the spot. They knew what they were doing.

Company arrived on date/time specified/ removed old garage door and associated hardware and replaced with new garage door and opener. Tested all installed equipment and insured all was working OK.

I contacted them initially about replacing a broken spring on my old door. After pricing the cost of spring replacement versus getting a new door, I decided to buy a new door from them and have them install it. They came to my house and opened my old heavy door for me and clamped it open so that I could use the garage till they installed a new door. They educated me about the quality of the DoorLink door that they sell versus other doors I looked at. The door arrived three weeks later and they installed it. The door quality is excellent. Their installation quality also was excellent down to the finest detail. They carried off my old door at no extra cost. It is the best garage door installation that I have had in 43 years of home ownership. They have been in this business for almost 30 years and their experience was evident in the professional installation. I highly recommend this company.

MR JOHN KETTLEWELL AND HIS HELPER SHOWED UP AT OUR AGREED UPON TIME TO DO THE WORK. THEY TOOK DOWN MY OLD GARAGE DOOR AND MY OLD GARAGE DOOR OPENER AND INSTALLED A NEW GARAGE DOOR AND A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 4 HOURS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL THE MATERIALS THAT THEY TOOK DOWN. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN ON MY NEXT PROJECT.

Though he was 45 minutes late to the job site per his stated time, it was worth the wait. He had the door back on track and working very quickly and made sure it was adjusted and aligned properly to his and my satisfaction. He was very professional, very reasonably priced, cordial and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

THE DID A VERY, VERY GOOD JOB. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM VERY LONG TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEAN. EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE.
