Artistic Floors

Terrible. Mark was nice enough, but upon follow up always seemed too busy for us. We are very happy with the carpet, but the installers were the most unprofessional we've had in our house. First, I asked Mark if they would help move furniture and he assured me there would be 'two strapping boys' more than happy to help move our furniture. After listening to the 'two strapping boys' argue like sixth graders for an hour and the installation was complete, as soon as I wrote the check, they were gone. No help at ALL with furniture and not one carpet fiber was picked up. No vacuuming. Nothing. All other installers left the rooms clean and vacuumed. We've had 4 different carpet installers here at one time or another and these guys were by far the worst. They removed the screws from our floor heating vents and must have stuck them in their pockets because we still haven't found them. After they were gone, we noticed a glob of dried glue in a high traffic area. I texted Mark and ask the best way to remove it and he told me he would stop by and take care of it. That was November 2nd and 20 days later we haven't heard a word. Needless to say, disappointed is an understatement. Will not call them again.
