I BEGAN TO USE WITWER AIR SERVICE FOR ANNUAL CLEANING & INSPECTION OF MY HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS WHEN I LIVED ON THE WEST SIDE. RON MADE A SPECIAL EFFORT BY PERFORMING THE CLEANING/INSPECTION SERVICE HIMSELF DURING THE EVENING HOURS THAT I WAS AVAILABLE AT VERY REASONABLE COST. WHEN I MOVED TO THE EASTSIDE I CALLED RON TO SEE IF HE SERVICED THE EASTSIDE. MOST RECENTLY WITWER REPLACED MY ORIGINAL GAS FURNACE WITH NEW HIGH EFFICIENCY GAS FURNACE. RON ESTIMATED THE JOB PERSONALLY AND RECOMMENDED A LOWER COST OPTION THAT HAD EQUAL RELIABILITY AND WARRANTY TO THE MORE EXPENSIVE SYSTEM IN WHICH I WAS ORIGINALLY INTERESTED. DURING THE INSTALLATION, RON FOLLOWED UP WITH THE INSTALLATION CREW BY TELEPHONE. I AM QUITE PLEASED WITH WITWER AIR SERVICE.
