Since our company opened its doors in the fall of 1999 in Brooklyn, Ohio and in 2011 in Port Orange, Florida we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. It went FLAWLESSLY! From the first phone call to the final payment I was always made to feel that I was dealing with family. I had many conversations with Belinda regarding the best options in paint vs. stain and was given an in-depth education regarding color, how it will wear and how it will look. They have a lifetime of experience and they have passed it on to all who paint for them. I had a crew of two very nice gals who obviously love their work, know their business, and take pride in their craft and cleanliness. It's not often that people working on your house make you feel that comfortable, relaxed, and happy. I was dreading the whole experience but I left really feeling that I made some lovely friends and have a beautifully painted house in the bargain. It can't get any better than that!!

Clasen was able to schedule my house painting within approximately 1 week. I was not home when they did the painting. They painted the house and garage in 1 day. The painting was neatly done, and the area around the house was clean and relatively free of debris, considering all the scraping that needed to be done. I thought the price was very reasonable, and I am pleased with the overall quality of the job and the appearance of the house and garage. I plan on having the interior of the house painted, and will certainly consider Clasen Painting & Decorating first for the job.

Belinda was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. She and Tom, the owners, were personable, on time, and helpful on deciding what type of paint to use on cedar siding. Even though they did a quality job, the overall communication could have been better and I would have liked a final walk through after the work was done.

Belinda Tran, one of the owners, came to my home 10 minutes after I called. We talked for 2 hours about my home, my vision, colors, placement of different colors, paint qualities and timing. She had no problem with the small size of the overall job. I received a written estimate in 3 days via email. She shares her experience in a way that answers all questions. She is down-to-earth and easy to work with. Clasen painting is a neighborhood company that treats its customers like neighbors. They came recommended by my local Sherwin Williams store. Because of the timing of the installation of my replacement windows, the job had to wait until this year. Belinda contacted me in the spring to renew our acquaintance and discuss timing. The job was completed in one day. They clean up after themselves and did not leave any drips. Belinda worked patiently with me to finalize color placement on my side door canopy. I love my home- I grin every time I walk through that door!

Amazingly. I'd originally asked for an estimate to remove a wallpaper border but found there was a minimum job cost, so I asked for a quote for painting as well. Got an estimate over email -- just sent some pics of the kitchen -- and scheduled service for the next week. On time, on budget, professional, and very, very responsive. (Many emails back and forth, in a good way!!) I don't know that I could be happier with the results. Plus there was a discount for email estimating--price below is the cost before discount.

We received several estimates from companies and found Clasen Painting to be competitive. We needed the house exterior to be painted and there was an enormous amount of prep work. Belinda was extremely helpful when choosing colors and we couldn't have been more pleased with the final results. They are clean and they work fast.

They did an awesome job painting the white trim (extremely intricate woodwork) and four columns on the front porch of my house built in 1924. While I normally paint things myself, the detailed nature of the exterior woodwork makes it just tiresome and bothersome to do it myself. They gave me a very detailed quote via email after stopping by, and when they gave us notice that they could come out, they were prompt and painted while I was at work. There was no mess left afterwards, and if their services are anything like my recent experience, I will definitely use them again for exterior and interior painting needs. Very happy.

I feel like I have a new house! This is the second time we have used Clausen and we plan to have them back in the Spring to do some outside work. They are professional, always on time, thorough and very clean. If you are undecided, Belinda is wonderful at recommending colors and finishes - a huge bonus. They do not ask for payment until they are completely done with the job and you are completely satisfied. For Clausen it is all about keeping the customer happy. I highly recommend this company for any of your painting needs.

They do wonderful work. I've used them 3 years and every time I have any painting project back there, I call them and only them because they do a wonderful job. They're friendly and personable with the people. I email her and she gives me feedback. The last time, there was a small kitchen fire in the duplex and they have to go in and paint and she wrote and told me she's spoken with the tenants to do such and such for a discount on their rent. I've never met this woman but I've used her for so many years that we're like email friends. When something goes wrong, she keeps me informed. She told me the tenants are great tenants. The house was really clean. I really like this company. They do a great job, not just my people but they do a great job on the painting.

Absolutely FABULOUS! Tom and Belinda came out to estimate and very carefully reviewed everything with me. They power washed the house and were sure to allow it to dry properly for 3 weeks before painting. Belinda was extremely helpful helping me to choose just the right color set. The gals did an amazing job and were extremely careful, meticulous and professional - taking the time to patch and prep properly. Tom and Belinda came out to finish the remaining work and the house looks FANTASTIC. I have gotten tons of compliments from neighbors and friends. I highly recommend this team and will use them for any painting jobs I have in the future.

;The clasen "team" started with the office where the office manager I believe her name is Geneva was receptive and friendly as well as experienced in the types of paints and there coverage abilities, from there we went to colors where again she provided a vast array of "matches" so that the shutters and trim would all be in balance,while being helpful; we did however; research and selected from our own knowledge the colors we wanted as my wife is artistic and has a good eye. The painter was quite thorough with very little splatter and provided excelent coverage as well as excelent cleanup we are quite pleased with the way things turned out. and justly proud of our "new" looking home.
