Westside Roofing is Wonderful! They came and reconfigured our gutters. It was a complex project so they had to come out more then once to get it done, but did so with no problem. The flashing looks beautiful. They also installed a roof vent for our upstairs bathroom and removed a Satalite dish. The team did a great job! Marc Eisaman, our contact there was very helpful and accommodating, very responsive!

I needed a cracked siding panel and downspout fixed. I know it was a small job, but I don't have the skillset to do that myself, and I figured for the right amount someone would help out. I sent a note to about 4 or 5 companies on Angieslist asking for a ballpark estimate and seeing if they would do my job. West Side Roofing was the only reply I got, and they referred me to call Mike who was the sales guy in my area (Avon). I procrastinated until Spring, and tried calling another handful of companies, including the reference to Mark that I got from West Side Roofing. Most places never called me back and after several weeks I only got two quotes -- One from West side roofing for the minimum for a person to come do the job and another for double the price from a company farther out east. I had a no-show for an in-person quote also. West side roofing wasn't super quick to call back always (took a few days) but they always did respond and gave a fair price, hence the "A" ratings I gave on here. It was actually quite impressive considering how poorly the competition did -- including fairly big names and well rated on here. You would think some of these companies would want my money. Apparently my job was too small, but I appreciated they called back and were willing to do it. As far as the job they did -- I had a quarter size crack in the siding, and he recommended they just caulk it vs replace the whole panel since I only had one spare piece. It made sense, and they did that and sealed up where it kept coming apart as well (my self-fixing is what caused the chunk out in the first place). They also replaced a downspout while out at my house which was damaged by who knows what, but completely needed replaced. Looks great, color matches, and no complaints. I'd hire them again and they will be the first and probably only ones I call next time I need siding work.

Mark E. from WSR is a good guy who did a thorough appraisal of the problem and was quick to send us a quote and, after we accepted it, to send a good crew in to fix it. Many other roofers simply ignored our "small" job and never got back to us. The soffit repair required an odd thickness of plywood, which they did not have a good choice in picking, and they installed it. We did not like the quality of the soffit plywood cosmetically. We did not see it until it was installed. West Side Roofing (Mark) was willing to replace the wood if we wished, and was also willing to reduce the cost because of it.

West Side's salesman Jesse was friendly, informative, and professional. The roofing team was competent, courteous, professional, and hard-working. The team arrived early and stayed late to complete our large residential roof job in a reasonably fast time frame. The cleaned up reasonably well. We had no issues with any part of the process, and our roof looks great.

I give West Side Roofing and especially Mark Eisaman very high marks. This is the second time Mark has helped me out and once again he was helpful, fast, understanding, and prompt. I was worried about a section of my home with some missing siding and he eased my fears and got the job done very quickly. I so appreciate his style and efficiency. This was a small job but very important to me and I am grateful for the quick response.

They responded promptly and quickly came out to provide an estimate. We had the work done the following week. While they were there they cleaned up a few other spots where the siding was loose. I would hire them again.

Mark E. came out and looked over what needed to be done. Tutor did the work along with his father assistant. When the problem continued, Mark was prompt in the company response and sending Tutor out again. When overwhelming rain caused a very small problem, Mark himself came over to look at the gutter when it was raining. He then came himself to do the final tweeking. His response, helpfulness, and thoroughness are very recognized and appreciated.

We were kept informed of the entire process, which took almost two days for installation. Site was kept clean and on site team leader answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

On the price, we didn't choose the least expensive. They did everything well and quality workmanship. I would tell a friend it's excellent. They started out with about nine 9 or 10 workers.

Excellent service all the way around. Had small issue with worker knocking on my neighbor's door at 8 AM on a Saturday to continue using their driveway for cleanup. I think this should have been arranged in advance with the neighbor.
