I spoke with Ron the owner of the company via phone and everything was explained in detail. The technician Tim arrived promptly and was professional and personable. He transformed my 80 year old tub and entire tiled walls to look like new. I'm extremely pleased with the results, the cost, and the customer care. I would recommend to my family and friends. They're work is simply amazing!
