They were excellent in their service except they don't always tell you they are not 24/7. The other service I received from them were reasonable and very good.

They were quick, efficient and they offered financing. It was really just no hassle. They had it done in one day. Our furnace went out and they came out pretty much immediately.

Tiger Air Heating installed a new Furnace, Air Conditioning and Humidifier in are House and we are very pleased with everything. The guys were great to work with and very knowledgeable, they took their time in showing how to work are new digital thermostat and the overall operation of the equipment. The temperatures in the upstairs bedrooms are just about even as they said they would be. We are very happy with everything. When you are making a larger purchase you get a little nervous if everything is going to turn out OK. But it did. Thanks again.

I had purchased a groupon from this company last year and they came out and fixed an issue with my A/C unit, I was very happy with that. They then called me 6 months later to say they wanted to perform the rest of the service, since the first visit they didn't look at the furnace. The gentleman came and opened up the furnace, cleaned it out and gave me a clean bill of health. This year when I went to turn on the A/C it wouldn't come on. I went to call them to look at it, but I had a better experience with another service provider since then and they came out and found that a wire leading to the outside A/C was broken off. He fixed it for a reasonable price. Now I can't prove that they broke it in the first place, but they are the only company in the last three years to open up my furnace and move things around inside.
