+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job. We barely knew they were there. Many days they arrived early and completed what they needed to do before the office opened or shortly thereafter. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and would hire them again.
Description of Work: This project entailed converting an 8 x 10 storage room into an office. The project consisted: removing the of shelving from 3 walls, remove steel door and jamb and replace with new steel jamb, refit old door or replace with new wood door, install metal studs and 5/8 drywall finished ready for paint, remove existing ceiling and light fixture, install new suspended grid ceiling using x2 reveal edge tile, install 2x4 trofferstyle fluorescent light fixture, relocate light switch, install 3 outlets, prime and paint new walls and door frame and install 4in rubber cove base. (The contractor was to supply the primer and we supplied the paint).

Description of Work: Dave handled a number of jobs including brickwork and masonry repair/rebuilding, tuck-pointing, window well structure repair, exterior painting, roof repair and gutters, and cement work.

+ 0 moreIt went great !! Dave did an outstanding job and is a true craftsman. He worked neat and clean the entire time and then cleaned up the entire work area and mopped the floor. When you look up at the ceiling you can not even tell there was ever a repair. It all looks the same and he did a beautiful job matching the old pattern. He also does flooring work and my husband and I liked his work so much we are hiring him again to re tile our outdated bathroom floor.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my home that damaged the kitchen ceiling. The plumber had to cut out several holes in the ceiling to make piping repairs. Dave came to my home after that work was complete to drywall the holes in the ceiling. I was very worried that the new drywall work would not match the old pattern on my ceiling.
