 + -1 moreCalled at 5:00 p.m. on a Monday. The call was returned at 2:00 p.m. the following day. Dan requested 24 hours to determine if they could do the work. He said he was not familiar with the equipment. After waiting three days for a call back, I called him asking if he had made a decision. Dan said no one was familiar with the equipment and didn't want to do the job. It would have been nice to know that on Wednesday. Dan hung up before I could thank him for his time. Hang ups on customers are never good. I will not bother to call again.
Description of Work: Requested assembly on a new Bowflex Treadclimber.
