The quoted phone rate was honored when I came to the Penske Truck Rental facility. The sales agent went with me to the panel van so I could measure it relative to what I was moving. The sales agent was professional. For this one-day, two-way move, the agent allowed me to return the vehicle early the next morning, rather than bringing it back late at night.

Service was excellent and the personnel went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They made what was a very difficult process much easier. Truck was well equipped.
