They've been doing it for over 30 years and they did a great job.

They are fine.  We've been using them for years.  My husband made out the check so I don't remember what it was. They have been reliable, pleasant.  They couldn't do it in November because it was too cold.  I don't remember how long it took them.  It was left clean.

I'm still waiting for them to call but I doubt they will. IMO once they are done with the job, they forget all about you.

They charged $284 to have it installed plus the $69 diagnostic fee. Very happy about the service but I thought the price for the part was outrageous.

I contact them to see about getting a repair person to fix it. The repair person called me back very quickly and talked me through a few possible solutions. When none of those were the problem he said he could come out, but the weekend rate was higher than regular business hours. So very promptly on Monday morning they called me and scheduled a time for the repair person to come to my house. He showed up on time, and pretty quickly fixed the problem and gave me a simple maintenance tip and advice about the unit overall.

There were no major issues. They were prompt and professional.

Donnelly provided me with a reasonable and cost saving solution to a faulty ducting installation done by other contractors.  They installed the wrong size ducting for a serious capacity range hood for a big stove.  Instead of blowing out a wall and installing larger ducting, they provided me a with an easier and more cost effective solution.  Work was done on time and they were extremely professional.  I would definitely use them again.

They are always good. They are always very complete. They are always nice, clean and fun to see. They check everything and they are here for probably an hour. They always put new filters for us. I would absolutely use them again. It is absolutely a fair price. It always worked afterwards. They know immediately the problems that we've had and they fix them. They always come within a couple of days. They are always here right when I say. They are nice.

Service was quick.  After the guys arrived, I went to work.  When I got home everything was installed.  No messes left behind.

Kevin the sales guy was wonderful...he knew everything...what works...what doesn't...he proved during the job and the completion that he knew his business. Very detailed and wanted to make sure I was satisfied...which I was. As for the workers doing the job...very professional and worked consistently for 8 hours...honestly I don't think they even took a lunch. Put the original Donnelly on you speed dial for all your heating and coolng needs.
