Metro Toyota

The recall was done. When I took my vehicle in, it was working well, when I tried to pick it up. the service department informed me that the engine was no longer working, and they will not take any responsibility for it! The service manager was rude and demeaning! When I tried to contact Metro Toyota through the corporate office, who requested them to call me and handle the issue, they didn’t call me back. Horrible customer service!!

I was not pleased about it. They seemed to be difficult to work with them.

Never went back again. I'll take my van else where.

The service is excellent. They were prompt, the place is clean and the waiting area is very friendly and accessible.

Ramona Plumlee is an excellent Product Specialist. She took as much time as I needed to review all the features of the 2017 RAV 4 and make sure all of my questions were answered. She has been available for follow-up questions as well. She and her Manager explained the pricing options to me and were very upfront, clear and fair.

My grandfather, uncles, and cousins own or owned car dealerships. The first paycheck I ever earned was from my grandfather's dealership in Detroit. I have been around those involved in the car business for much of my life. That being said, I would recommend Metro Toyota (Michael Ferrett and management) to anyone! First rate service from the first Internet contact through today's delivery of our new SUV today! My wife is thrilled & the grandkids kept saying, "It's beautiful!" Thinking about a new or used vehicle? You can't do better in Northeast and North Central Ohio! Since my first purchase from Mike Ferrett and Metro Toyota, I have purchased vehicles for my wife and all three of my daughters. Mike has been nothing short of spectacular, service has been first class, and the business managers (finance to service manager to general manager) have bent over backwards to make every aspect of our relationship memorable. I will purchase all of our vehicles from Metro and Mike Ferrett!

I had a good car then too.

I have purchased from them for many years. I have a particular sales person I deal with. They were kicking in some extra things. I like their service, I would give it a top rating. They have been very responsive. I would give them a top rating there. I have like a 2 year, call them for anything. This is not a leased vehicle, this is a purchased vehicle.

My car had stalled in the middle of the road and they were able to access and fix the throttle. It's an electric hybrid. The part itself was about $900 and it is in a very difficult spot in the car. It was labor intensive.

They were so rude, you can't believe it. This whole things has been really devastating. I tried to go and talk to the owner too and he just was really rude. If I can find the father and he's a little older than I am, he seemed like a really decent human being. He goes between Ohio and Florida and I can't find his address or I would try and talk to him. I'm still thinking of going to small claims court. I guess he just lied to get us to buy it. I will absolutely not use them again. They said they would fix the body and they didn't. They lied and said that they didn't say it. When I went and talk to him, I said you sold us this warranty and now we have to claim it on our insurance, part of it was the windshield and when we called them, they said, no, it can't be more than five inches or something. We had to put that on our insurance and pay $500 deductible when he told me everything was covered bumper to bumper. Don't ever buy one of those warranties, it's just not worth it.
