horrible ....job not complete....deposit gone

Our sewer got backed up and our sump pump died while we were on vacation.  Our landlord called this guy because he could come that day, and we had sewage in our basement.  He did successfully snake the sewer drain pipe, and he said he could install a new sump pump the following morning, which was the ONLY reason we hired him because his prices were outrageous.  We thought, "great... quick and easy," and he collected the FULL PAYMENT before he left (theoretically so he could use it to pay for the new pump), took it to a cash checking place that evening.  He never called the next morning, I called him, he asked me if it could wait since there wasn't sewage anymore. He left to go out of town for the weekend, called him Monday, he agreed to come at 5, shows up at 6:30 WITHOUT the sump pump he was supposed to install, lingered in the basement until 7 when he finally told us his employee was supposed to arrive by 7:30 with the pump. (Surprise) his employee never showed, strong words were used about his lack of professionalism and he stormed out.  We proceeded to try calling him multiple times every day for the next week (including from different phone numbers because he wouldn't answer our numbers he recognized) and he kept feeding us more lies so we finally gave up. AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid this guy and so called company at all costs.  I gave him a deposit and he disappeared.  I later found out that he is a drug user so avoid him.  His name is Robert Koenig.  He will not return your phone call.  He will just disappear.

THEY ARE NEVER ON TIME AND HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

AFTER THE NEW HANDLE WAS PUT ON THE SHOWER THE HOT AND COLD WERE REVERSED. THE PLUMBER TOLD ME THAT "IT MUST HAVE ALWAYS BEEN LIKE THIS" (NOT TRUE). HE OFFERED TO COME BACK AT ANOTHER TIME, WITH AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, TO REPLACE THE CARTRIDGE. I SAID I WOULD CHECK WITH MOM AND GET BACK TO HIM. HE BECAME AGITATED WHEN SPEAKING TO ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER WHO CALLED HIM AND ASKED THAT THE FUNCTION OF THE SHOWER BE RESTORED TO IT'S PRE-REPAIR CONDITION AND BECAME AGITATED WITH ME WHEN I SPOKE WITH HIM AS WELL. I HAD MY OWN PLUMBER OUT TO LOOK AT THIS PROBLEM AND HE REMOVED THE HANDLE, ROTATED THE CARTRIDGE AND REPLACED THE HANDLE IN UNDER ONE MINUTE, AT NO CHARGE.

I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN ASKED TO MAKE OUT THE CHECK TO CASH INSTEAD OF COMPANY NAME. WHEN I TOLD THE WORKMAN I DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT, HE DIDN''T PRESSURE AND ACCEPTED THE CHECK MADE OUT TO THE COMPANY. BUT I DON''T FEEL IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO ASK FOR A CUSTOMER TO PAY WITH A CHECK MADE OUT TO CASH.

VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE; VERY RESPONSIBLE, DOES GREAT WORK & IS ALL AROUND A GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS!
