We were experiencing problems getting a contractor to respond to our numerous calls to come back and repair work incorrectly done in 2003. I finally called Joan and within the hour the contractor called and within a couple of weeks the job was corrected and we are extremely satisfied. Joan said that the true test of a professional is how they respond when there is a problem. Well, Joan is the professional you want in your corner when you have a problem. She was amazing.

We have worked with Joan many times over the past several years on several projects. She has always been the utmost professional and we have been very pleased with the results from our various projects. In our present project, we had no idea of what paint colors would work together in our home, nor what style of ceiling fan would enhance our great room. Joan met with us over a few visits to our home and expertly guided us toward a beautiful color palette that suites our tastes very well. She also shopped for, and guided us to, a beautiful ceiling fan to really dress up our great room. Joan works with a team of very talented and professional contractors. We have always been very pleased with her recommendations for decorating and overall in her team of professionals to do the work. We have now contracted with her painting contractor to have the painting work done. (We have worked with Joan and this painting contractor before in a previous painting project and we were very pleased with the work!)

It's been an enjoyable experience with beautiful results.

Overall the experience was not very good. It started out good, but there was no follow up. Any call was basically initiated by me. I would not use them again in the future.

It was a very pleasant experience. Joan was brought in because my wife and I could not decide how to finish the room. Joan was able to come to a solution that almost met our budget and left us completely satisfied.

She was amazing. She did a great job. I have been complemented many times on her work.

JOAN TRULY CAPTURED OUR DECORATING STYLE. SHE IS A GREAT LISTENER AND VERY PERSONABLE. SHE IS EASY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH AND ALWAYS WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. HER IDEAS ARE FANTASTIC AND AFTER GETTING TO KNOW US, SHE HELPED US TO ENVISION POSSIBILITIES THAT COINCIDED WITH OUR SENSE OF STYLE THAT WE HAD NEVER THOUGHT OF BEFORE. WE NEVER FELT PRESSURED INTO ANY DECISIONS; SHE IS REALLY GREAT TO WORK WITH.

PRICE IS PER HOUR. I WAS QUITE PLEASED WITH HER. WILL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH HER. SHE HAS HER OWN PEOPLE THAT SHE WORKS WITH.

EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE. SHE WAS VERY ENTHUSIASTIC TO HELP AND EVEN OFFERED SOME ORGANIZATIONAL SUGGESTIONS TO ELIMINATE CLUTTER IN OUR BASEMENT.

JOAN WAS VERY FLEXIBLE AS TO USING WHAT WE HAD TO WORK WITH AND STAYED WITHIN OUR BUDGET. SHE DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF CHOOSING COLORS TO BRIGHTEN AND GIVE CHARACTER TO OUR ROOMS. WILL DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN TO REDO KITCHEN.

SHE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND NICE AND GAVE US SOME GOOD IDEAS. HOWEVER, THE MAJOR PROBLEMS WERE THAT 1) HER COLOR SAMPLES WERE NOT ORGANIZED, SO WE SPEND ABOUT 20-25 MINUTES OF THE TOTAL 2 HOURS SORTING THROUGH THE LOOSE COLOR SAMPLES TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT ONES. THIS WAS A BIG WASTE OF OUR TIME, FOR WHICH WE HAD TO PAY. 2) AFTER DETERMINING COLOR POSSIBILITIES FOR THE ROOMS, JOAN WAS GOING TO ORDER US LARGER COLOR SAMPLES TO GET A BETTER IDEA OF HOW THEY WOULD LOOK. WHEN THE SAMPLES CAME, WE HAD SOME MISSING AND THE WRONG COLORS SENT. I'M JUST GLAD I WROTE THE COLORS DOWN SO WE COULD REORDER THE RIGHT SAMPLES.

SHE CHARGES $50 AN HOUR WHICH I FEEL IS VERY REASONABLE.

JOAN SUCCEEDED IN DOING JUST THAT. SHE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. SHE LISTENED AND TUNED IN TO OUR STYLE. SHE HAD GREAT IDEAS, BUT WAS CAREFUL NOT TO MAKE US FEEL PRESSURED TO DO MORE THAN WE WERE COMFORTABLE DOING. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH HER IN THE FUTURE.

SHE IS ENTHUSIASTIC AND HAS A TRULY CREATIVE MIND. SHE CAN COME UP WITH A SOLUTION FOR EVERY DECORATING OR REMODELING DILEMMA. VERY ACCOMMODATING TO HER CLIENTS SCHEDULE, LISTENS WELL, RESPECTFUL OF CLIENTS CONCERNS, LIKES OR DISLIKES, AND IS NEVER PUSHY. CHARGE IS BASED ON THE HOUR.

SHE IS BRILLIANT WHEN IT COMES TO COLOR. SHE IS WILLING TO WORK WITHIN OUR TASTE, BUDGET AND TIMETABLE. WE HAVE WORKED WITH HER OVER A TWO YEAR PERIOD AS WE MOVE FROM PROJECT TO PROJECT IN OUR 80 YEAR OLD HOUSE. WE RECOMMEND HER WITHOUT RESERVATION.

IM HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING EXCEPT THAT SHE HASNT CHOSEN A BORDER FOR MY SONS ROOM, WHICH IS THE ONE THING I SPECIFIED WHEN I HIRED HER.
