He was nice when he came over and got the job done pretty quick. He was cheaper than the others and at first it seemed like he did a good job. Oak fencing for a portion of the yard and then wire fencing through the woods. Unfortunately as time went on the two gates he made really fell apart to the point of not being able to use them. Other trades people who have come and noticed the gates mentioned how they were put together very poorly. We called him and asked him to come and fix the gates and he just wouldn't call back. Problem with the gates started about a year after he put them up and now, about 5 years later they are completely unusable. The wood fence is also starting to fall apart - nails are coming out. I'm not sure if that is unusual or not. The Gates are definitely not a professional type job.Please note I put a current date for date of service because I want this review to show up. People should be aware of what they are getting and if it is worth it for paying less then go for it - though I'd have someone else do the gates. There just seemed to be problem with him lining up all the parts square to each other which seemed to cause stress on the hinges, etc. No good.
