The job was over a two day period. Removing the old furnace and preparing the site for a high efficient furnace. Of course none of the existing sheet metal matched the new furnace requirements. New sheet metal was fabricated to fit and a new air filter was installled with the new furnace. Air Care removed all debris, packing material and the old furnace and attachments. The furnace area in the basement was clean, no trash of any sort was left behind. they tested the furnace and made sure everything worked and provided me with a one to one demo of the new programable thermostat installed.

They are very honest, very good, very complete and very thorough. We like them a lot. They have a warranty that we pay for every year that covers a service of our air conditioner, a service for the furnace and a filter change. We like that where we pay for the year and they come out automatically to make sure that everything gets serviced and take care of. They were thorough and they didn't drag the day out when they came to install the new air conditioning unit. It was done in four hours. They were going to be changing the thermostat and they didn't like the digital thermostat that they had gotten in because they had some complaints about it. They wanted to reorder a different one for me. They explained it to me and that was fine. I liked that. They know me as a customer and I always deal with the same guy. It is like having family to our home taking care of things. They have come on a Sunday. They are always punctual.

Larry Dooley arrived, checked my furnace, found the problem, ordered the part and picked it up early the next day. After he picked up the module early the next morning, Larry came directly to my home and replaced the faulty ignition module. Fortunately the outside temperatures were moderate at this time and we did not have to wear heavy clothing to keep warm. I was happy with the overall response that Air Care gave to my heating problem.

They were reliable and very personable. They remembered my equipment and knew what was going wrong with it. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

A burned out 35 amp fuse was replaced and the a/c worked once again. I asked what do I owe and Larry Dooley looked and smiled and said nothing.

Air Care A/C service arrived at their scheduled time and immediately went to work. The service people are polite and professional. Joe showed me some damage to the outside coil that happened over the winter. Joe also said the damage should not have an effect on this years A/C operation. An itemized work order was given to me of all findings.

It went very well. It took two hours. They had to get to the attic through a closet. Their was no mess and no fuss. I use them twice a year for heating and A/C.

Great! Arrived on time. Proceeded to the task in a professional manner working quickly and throughly.

REPLACEMENT WAS DURING A RAIN STORM. THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT WANT TO STOP WORKING. I FINALLY PERSUADED HIM TO STOP WHEN IT STARTED TO LIGHTNING AND THUNDER.

AIR CARE IS PROACTIVE ABOUT SCHEDULING OUR MAINTENANCE, AND IS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE WHEN WE HAVE PROBLEMS. WE DO NOT KNOW ABOUT PRICING AS WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY ENOUGH WITH THEIR SERVICE THAT WE HAVE NOT TALKED WITH A COMPETITOR. THEY'RE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS, BUT SOMETIMES OVERLY CHATTY.
