Had a master bedroom addition completed earlier this year and planned to use one of the wireless AT&T U-verse boxes from another TV on the TV in the new master Bedroom. The WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough to reach the TV in that new room...it would freeze and become digitized. Since I’ve used Xtend Technologies on at least 4 other projects at my house, with great success, I decided to give them a call and have a technician come out to assess the situation, make a recommendation and put together a proposal so that TV wouldn’t become just an expensive piece of wall art. After spending more than $3,500.00 to upgrade my WiFi I ran in to the same issues and all they keep telling me is that it's an issue with the AT&T equipment and that I'll need to contact them to increase the strength of my WiFi. Seems like that was something they could have told me before needlessly spending money on their proposed solution that did not even work. Very disappointed.

We wanted to replace an old flat screen with some newer technology. We reached out to Xtend technologies to price out our project. The salesperson Jay O'Hanlon came out to the house listened to we wanted to do. He took measurements and guided us through what we can do and what would be the best equipment for our project. Throughout the entire process Jay was a complete and polite professional. We visited the show room to visualize what our new system would be like and it looked great. When the new equipment came in the installers did a great job and explained how everything worked. The equipment is very easy to use and looks and sounds great. What all was installed: Wall mount Sony 4k UHD HDR 55” Smart Android TV with Smart Features. Plus: • (1) Sanus Large TV Advanced Tilt (CILT2-B1) • (1) Sonos Playbar Wireless Soundbar and Music Streamer • (1) Sonos Sub Wireless Subwoofer – Black • (1) Sonos Boost for Exclusive Sonos Network • (1) Sony UHD 4k Blu Ray Player (UBPX700) • (1) Roku Ultra 4K Wireless Media Streamer • (2) Sonos One Wireless Speakers o Various Locations in the home location TBD • (1) URC MX-990 Color LCD Backlit Remote Control with RF (MX990) • (1) URC MF-350 Narrow Band RF Base Station (MF350) I highly recommend them for any AV project.

We had Xtend involved since day 1 for our basement remodel and had them upgrade/install TV and sound in other areas of our home as part of the project. They worked with us and our contractor and interior designer to design and lay out spaces for theatre and large entertainment area for our basement project, brought fresh ideas to us and spoke on other project success we might consider. Additionally, they provided speakers for an exercise room, master suite, and patio. Finally, installed a flatscreen and telescoping mount with sound system in our kitchen/common area. Everything went fantastic. Nick and the team were always available for questions before, during, an after install. Their service remains exceptional after the install; helped us troubleshoot and optimize our zones and components either over the phone or same-day/easily scheduled tech visit. They were able to work within our budget and make recommendations on where to save vs. where money is best spent when making decisions. My at first skeptical wife now raves about our theatre and media areas to our guests and her friends; she is blown away by how easy things are to use compared to when we had our 'do it yourself system'. As for me, only high praises to give. Definitely give Xtend a call to see what they have to offer your projects.

I held off going to work on Monday so my wife and I could visit their showroom.  When we got there, we begain walking around the showroom to look at their displays.  A service technician came out, answered a few questions and then told us the showroom was closed on Mondays.  This informtion was not on their website, on their entrace or in ther magazine advertorial.  He took down our information and told us salesperson would contact us.  When I asked if we could look around, he said no.  We never received a return call.   Why?  Who knows, but this company wasted my time, treated my wife and I rudely and never made an effort to contact us after doing so.  I will take my business elsewhere and certainly advise others to do the same.

It no longer has the “Blue screen of death”, so I’m glad that’s done.  My only concern is that occasionally when I turn it on, it still makes a rapid beeping sound like when your finger is stuck on a key.  It only does it for a few seconds and then the computer runs fine.  It used to make that sound continuously before it died, though, so I’m a bit worried.  They are definitely very pleasant to work with.  They carried the computer out to put it in my car for me.  It was nice to have the computer again – I only had 790 emails to catch up with!  The cost seemed fair enough given that they put in new parts for me as well as diagnosed the problem and fixed it.  I would call them again.  I do wish they weren't so far from me.

Great. Dropped of the PC Tuesday evening and it was ready for pick up the next day. The techs were in contact with my husband all during the process to keep him advised of the progress. The cost was much less than we expected. We are very happy and would use them again for any computer problems.

The company representative told me that the memory could be enhanced by adding a new 'board' to the mainframe. The company told me the memory would be ordered and delivered in 3-4 days, with one day to perform the work. The cost estimate was $180. The work was done in 5 days as promised. The cost was $30 less than estimated. The laptop was returned in perfect condition and the memory upgrade has been great.

Immediately the salesperson thought it might by spyware. However, to cover all bases they cleaned out the system, ridding it of all extraneous programs, cookies, bugs, etc. It store tested just fine. They recommended adding some more anti-spyware programs, and we have had no problems since.
