the estimator did not impress on us that he was interested in being at the appointment at all we felt that we were wasting his time and his facial expressions were very rude and discouraging..i.e.rolling his eyes at some questions.

It was terrific. They came in right on budget, they cleaned up after themselves daily. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, they finished on time, and there were no surprises. I was impressed and very pleased.

My 20+ year old large (12 ft x 12 ft) aluminum patio cover, which was attached on two adjacent sides to the roof overhang, started falling down. In the process it damaged the roof overhang it was attached to on one side, and also damaged the rain gutters. I was given an estimate of $ 1,450.00 to detach the patio cover, repair and strengthen roof overhang, repair/replace damaged gutters, and reattach the patio cover. Brad and another worker from Northcoast showed up right on time (8:30 am) and completed the work in about three hours. They did a very careful, thorough, professional job, including practically rebuilding a section of the roof overhang to strengthen it to better support the weight of the patio cover. They cleaned up the area after they were done, and hauled all scrap and rubbish away in their truck. Very excellent quality work !

Northcoast did an excellent job on all three of our projects. The workmanship was excellent, their staff courteous and responsive and the overall process went very smoothly even though we made several changes along the way. They completed the work on time and while their prices may be a little high the quality of workmanship was worth it. We felt very comfortable with all of their workers and where we did not with any subcontractors they responded quickly to our concerns. Brad was especially helpful in making suggestions on the project that made it turn out even better than expected and Vince was extremely helpful in laying out all the terms, changes and agreements both at the beginning of the process and throughout. We waited a long time to make a decision on doing this type of remodeling and we were extremely happy with the outcome and our choice of Northcoast. Thank you Northcoast!

They quality of their work was great but price was ridiculous. He gave me an itemized list of the charges which included $1100 for a vanity and $675 for administrative office fees. He wouldn't return my phone calls and tried justifying the cost of the administrative office fees in a letter to me by saying it was due to paperwork. He was rude on the phone and I wouldn't recommend him to others. He even offered to give me a $400 refund over 2 months ago if I didn't call Angie's List.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME OUT, MEASURED FOR WINDOWS, THEN CAME BACK AND INSTALLED THEM. WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO DO ANYTHING.
