He was excellent, used the same pro several years ago. He was fine and reliable.

Crew of six brought specialized equipment and worked carefully and quickly to complete entire job including grinding the two stumps near the street; chipping all the debris; cleaning up the yard; and hauling it away in less than three hours. Owner submitted original quote within a few hours of request via Angie's List on the day windstorm blew the tree over. He kept in touch regarding scheduling my job as there were other customers with more serious tree damage to home from windstorm ahead of me. We used Davey Tree Service 11-2017 and they were crazy expensive. New Heights is a great value and top quality.

Excellent service! I had 3 large trees in my yard that were in need of a good trimming. The estimate was good compared to several others I received, and after answering my list of questions, I felt they would provide the best service. They showed up right on time, were very professional and efficient getting the job done, and cleanup was exceptional! I would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with this company! I had messaged him late one evening on Angie’s list, not expecting a response that night, but Ed responded within hours! He was even on vacation and politely asked if I’d call him the next week to set something up, and I’m glad I did! Ed promptly called me back the Monday he got back from vacation, and had the estimate completed by Wednesday. He had his crew out the NEXT day to take down a large dead ash tree and grind several stumps, around 15 or so I think. His crew was extremely polite and professional! They cleaned everything up, even though we didn’t have them remove the wood, and they placed all the wood in our existing wood pile! Guys were even out there picking up little random sticks that flew into the yard. Couldn’t beat the price either! They came in about $600 less than the other three companies that gave us estimates. I was thoroughly impressed with this company and highly recommend them. I will be keeping their number and passing it along to everyone I know! Thanks again for a fantastic job!

Everything was great

Very good. The owner was on site and he and the rest of the crew were on time and did a great job with all the tree work and clean up. They were very professional and I appreciated that the company is based on Christian values.

I had a great experience with this company. I emailed them at 10:00pm on a Sunday night and was surprised to find them at my house around 8:00am the next morning. Wow! Not sure if that is a typical response time, but I was really impressed. The estimate for the project was very fair and the work was completed several days later, despite it being a very busy season for them. I suspect if I had a large project to complete it may have taken longer to pencil me in, but I appreciated them taking the time to come out for my smaller project in between their larger work. It seems like they really value their customers. Two workers came bright and early around 7:30am and verified with me what I wanted to do with the tree, and they were done within 40 minutes, including clean up. One of the workers even cut a small disc of wood off of the tree for my wife to use as a coaster! Overall, very friendly and prompt service and I would for sure call them again in the future for future work.

The experience was wonderful! The price was great! They came in thousands of dollars less than other estimates. They removed a huge willow tree, an elm tree, and trimmed a maple. They removed all roots and offered to come back and remove any roots if they happened to miss them. All debris was picked up. Nothing was left behind. When asked about the trimmed tree and if more could be removed, Ed professionally explained that trimming anymore might harm the health of the tree. Even though I was willing to pay for the extra trimming, he was more concerned with the health of the tree. I plan to hire them again.

The crew arrived on time and took great care to protect the property when moving the equipment back to where the tree was. Put down boards where needed where the ground was a little soft. They took the tree down quickly, in a very professional manner. Even though it was close to both my existing deck and the service entrance for the electrical, they got it down and the stump ground with no problems and no damage to anything. The cleanup was first rate. One of the crew told me they treated a customer's property like it was their own and they sure did for me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful! The trees were removed, the stumps ground down, and the yard was clean when they were finished. All of this was done in the course of one day. I've used this company a number of times before and I would use them again. I always know the work will be performed when promised and the yard will be in wonderful shape when they are done. They arrived ahead of the time they said and immediately began the tree removal process. I was concerned about the ground being wet and expressed this to Ed. There was some very minor damage from the equipment and the falling tree pieces. But overall they worked non-stop until the removal was completed. I was impressed with the professionalism of the crew. I would certainly recommend New Heights to anyone who needs tree removal.

Ed and his team at New Height tree service did an excellent job. They removed 7 trees from my yard. Some of the trees were close to my house and my neighbors yard. They had all the proper equipment and knowledge to safety remove them. (They have this cool lift that folds up and allows them to get through tight areas) They cleaned everything up and very importantly cleaned up the debris that had gotten on to my neighbors driveway. I highly recommend them.

The crew was awesome! They arrived early and went straight to work. The work was efficient and they were very aware of safety the entire time. The guys on the crew were very friendly to my children that were in awe of the project and they did a great job cleaning up everything. If I ever need trees removed again I'm calling New Heights Tree Service!!!!!
