L & S CONCRETE

I think the above pretty much says it all.. As soon as I can figure out how, I will post pictures of this train wreck.

EDIT: Before he started the job, I told him why I was hiring someone.. it's not because I don't know how to do the job, it's because I have other things to do that can generate me income...I could have done a better job drunk.  These Guys are rank amateurs.. I really think the whole thing about learning the trade from his grandfather is a lie..  asked why he wasn't using a transit to grade, said his grandfather taught him to do it without one.. even offered to let him use mine.. used a line and a level... the grade is all wrong... I have pooling water in 2 places. standing water in 2 other.. no expansion joints against my building..Front section had to have a part poured again because it was pooling.. pooling after 2nd pour was worse than the first. rear section per contract was to be 6"thick.. it is 1" thick in places.. Property damages all over, never corrected.. chipped the first pour with their bobcat trying to move their trailer and bent my grill(BBQ)  Slate stone walk for front porch damaged (stones were reset in cement a week before they started..never fixed)   I spent several hours and a couple hundred bucks fixing his bobcat for him.. I like to live by I help you out you help me out..He did not help me out...he left excavated materials  on my property. they re-set a drain in the rear section.. one of the reasons it doesn't grade right is the drain isn't deep enough..there WAS a drain there that drained fine...I should have gone with my gut and thrown him off the property after the first pour on the front section..tiles damaged in front of garage during excavation.. told they were already collapsed... not true... gutter drains functioned perfectly before excavation.  I could go on and on.. it really has to be seen to be believed..This was a nightmare job for him.. what could go wrong did... But that's really not my problem is it?  I own a business.. I stand behind my product and service, and don't walk away like a little baby when things don't go my way.

Remove and dispose of existing concrete. Redesigned walkway, new concrete with hand finish.  Looks amazing!  Everyone that sees it, compliments us on it.  They cut out the turf on the sides for easy replanting.  Had to wait for a break in their schedule but it was worth the wait.  Very detail oriented and professional.
