Junk King? More like Scam King! Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra $50 for a reputable service like Pete & Pete. Save yourself the emotional and mental hardship. I used the self service. Filled a container with ground tree stumps and branches. Sales person says it's fine when booking. Fill it up, truck operator says it's too heavy. Have to spend hours emptying it to an arbitrary level deemed acceptable. This company will ream you out and make you a sucker in its T&Cs. They say you can fill a dumpster fully with wood (which weighs more than dirt, pound for pound) but then will turn around and say that it's too heavy. Customer service is not the paramount priority here. It's miserable dealing with them. My advice is to use a company that actually cares about its customers and that will let you fill up a dumpster. Every single individual I've spoken to about this is dumbfounded that a company can casually extort its customers like this and that you can't fill a dumpster. If you like the feeling of getting messed around then I give them 5/5 stars, Junk King is for you!!! To add insult to injury I also got charged an extra $119.20 for being overweight. Unbelievable!

They arrived on time for our appointment. They gave me a very reasonable offer. They were finished in less than an hour. And now I have my storage room back. I will definitely use them again.

Well. The responders actually asked if there was more that I wanted done before they left. However, this is the third time that I have been asked to complete an evaluation of this company- including one verbal review with an agent from your company that I thought had cleared my slate of reviews with your company over the past two years - this lasting at least 30 minutes.

When I called they answered right away were able to come the next day. I was able to pick a time frame and they called from the truck when they were about 20 minutes away. The two men (sorry I forgot your names) that came were very nice. The minimum pick up fee was $75 and I think I could have had a lot more things for that price. I would definitely call them again.

They picked up my junk. They were done in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend them in a second.

Our basement turned into a catch all. In the past few years we have had some small leaks and really needed to get rid of a lot of junk. They came to quote us on Friday for 1/2 a truck load. They completed the work today (Tuesday). Bringing 2 people and a truck they finished in about 1/2 hour. I did some pre-work. Sorting and had most items in two areas.

Arrived on time, proceeded with work immediately, were done in a short period of time.  The concrete slabs were quite heavy, but the two young men did it with very little effort.

Excellent service and very polite and courteous gentlemen.  We had re-clad out fence and had all of the old sections that we tore off to replace pile in a stack in out backyard.  They quickly and efficiently took away the mess for a very reasonable price.  They were polite and gave us an estimate upon arrival,. They complete the work quickly and were careful not to damage anything as they carried the sections away.

They were terrific - across the board.  Prompt response to electronic scheduling request, appointment confirmation prior to service date and reminder call morning of service.  Arrived timely, were conscientious, had a reasonable price and were very easy to deal with.  Came with tools to dissemble our ping-pong table.  They took items from our attic, first floor and basement efficiently and without a problem.  Plus, they recycle - which is a bonus.

I wanted to have several items removed prior to the arrival of my guests for Thanksgiving.  The two men from Junk King came out the day before the holiday and within an hour had both quoted and performed the work requested.  They were professional, courteous and efficient.   The price charged for the work was reasonable based upon a quote I had received from a competitor who couldn't do the work when I needed it done.  I would definitely recommend Junk King to my friends and family.

They were great. They hauled away twice as much stuff than they'd expected and got it done promptly at a reasonable price.
