Extremely well. They quoted me a price over the phone for the new opener and stuck to it! When the installer arrived he warned us that the repair may be more than expected and explained why. I approved it. When he got into it he determined it was not as extensive as originally thought! Both doors work very well now. It has been over 2 weeks since the work was done.

Tech was excellent. Came the next day after we called. Explained everything. Courteous.

The repairman was prompt and courteous and inspected and tuned up the door, even though that wasn’t the main reason we called. The price is not low — there is a set price for service calls — but the work was well done. He explained the work well, and answered our questions patiently and clearly.

Very well: technician identified problem with infrared wiring & corrected it & adjusted the chain on the opener. He also was proactive & did an over-all check of garage door parts - oiled & tighted as needed & adjusted garage door springs. He explained everything he did & gave us some helpful information.

The quality of the door openers is excellent and they are extremely quiet, very happy with them. They replaced my previous Genie door openers that were 17 years old. My only complaint is that the installer ripped down all of the old wires and in the process all of the old wire staples went flying everywhere. As a result I have been picking up staples off of the garage floor for weeks now hoping none of them find their way into one of my car tires. Not good!

Excellent service. They can out and inspected the garage, provided a quote for the work and scheduled the installation date. They removed the old door and installed the new one on time and with no problems and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

I am extremely happy with Genie of Fairview. They were able to come the morning after I initially called, and the work was done with high quality. It's always nice to find a service provider who does the work with no hassles or surprises. The new opener is fantastic -- it's stunning how quiet it is. They had previously installed new garage doors for me in 2011, and they also did an excellent job for me then and charged a very fair price. Highly recommended.

He arrived on time. Took one and a half hours. Spent time with us to explain all the features of the new garage door openner. Very professional.

I called one one day and got an appointment for the next day. I was told to call back in the morning and they would give me a 2 hour window for when a technician would arrive. I called at 9, we told between 10 and 11, and he arrived at 10:15. I had one opener that the gear had completely fallen apart, and one door with a loose chain and a bent metal tracking. Chain was tightened and tracking replaced. All three doors were checked, oiled, and are working great - all within 45 minutes and a very reasonable price. And I loved the promptness of service!

    The initial installation by Jeff went well. He was very professional and efficient. He removed the old door and disposed of it as agreed. At the end of the installation, as he was about to install the weather striping, Jeff noticed that the windows in the upper panel were too high and would be too close to the weather striping. There was a three inch error in the total height of the door. If there were no windows in the upper panel it would have no effect. Thanks to Jeffs attention to detail he caught the error. A new intermediate panel was ordered. and arrived in three weeks.
    Thanks to the efficient scheduling by Yvonne, the rework was immediately planned within days of the panels arrival at the company. Jeff returned with the correct panel and completed the installation. He had some trouble getting the door to work smoothly but he persisted and did a great job. I did not expect that the three inch diffence would be a problem. Again, thanks to Jeffs attention to detail, the door works smoothly and I am very pleased with Genie of Fairview Door Co, and its personel
