They are great. I would recommend them to anyone that needed landscaping work.

The quality of the work Eric did was great. Our trees look very nice and they seem to be quite healthy. However, he was unable to plant trees that were as large as we originally agreed upon. He planted the somewhat smaller trees without contacting us first, and then after they were planted he said he would give us a price break. He did give us a price break but it was small. He was generally good about communicating with us.

The owner Eric was always very prompt, he never missed an appointment. He was always on time, very knowledgable, and his choices of plantings were things he knew about. He knew colors, size and plants to stay away from (like those that attract deer). They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

Good overall. Courteous and professional during initial contact. Was timely in terms of doing the job when he said he would. Lowest of the three quotes I got for the job, all through Angie's List.

Eric told me exactly when he'd be there and showed up as promised. I asked for a plan in advance and gave him lots of suggestions of plants I liked which he incorporated into the design. The first part of the project took three days and he came back for another 3 days later in the summer to finish when I expanded the project. He was very professional and had many ideas that I wouldn't have come up with. He and his assistant were very neat and cleaned up each day. The yard looked beautiful when completed and I got several compliments from the neighbors.

We are very pleased with Eric's work. He pays attention to detail and remembers even the slightest requests. This is the second time we have hired Eric and his crew. They hand trim the bushes and the yard always looks like it should be in a magazine when completed. Very professional company. Eric's follow-up is also excellent.

They did a beautiful job & worked well with me regarding my tastes & preferences. Cleaned up beautifully as well. The only small issue I had is that after my bill was paid in full, I received a second bill for the "design". This was $400. This was not discussed before hand. When I brought this up they were very professional & did not charge me the additional $400. I would definitely use them again.

THIS COMPANY FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS SO FAR. ERIC WAS ALWAYS ON TIME, CALLED IF HE WOULD EVEN BE A FEW MINUTES LATE, TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING, AND GENERALLY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST NOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE. BUT THEY DEFINITELY WERE WORTH WHAT I PAID. UPDATE: ERIC DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE, AND TRUSTWORTHY. I COULD TELL THAT HE TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN HIS WORK.

VERY PLEASED. ERIC WAS RESPONSIVE TO ALL PHONE CALLS. (HE WAS THE FIRST TO RETURN MY CALL OUT OF THREE PROVIDERS) HIS TEAM HAND TRIMMED THE BUSHES AND TREES. HE PROPOSED A DESIGN YET INCORPORATED OUR REQUESTS INTO THE LAYOUT. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN. THEY ALL WORKED HARD AND FINISHED THE JOB IN THE TIME QUOTED.

ERIC AND HIS STAFF WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE RETURNED MY INITIAL CALL PROMPTLY AND WE MET SOON THEREAFTER. HE GAVE SOME GOOD IDEAS FOR THE PROJECT AND SET A TIMETABLE FOR COMPLETION. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US AND GIVE ADDITIONAL IDEAS AS THE JOB WAS PROGRESSING. COMPLETED WITHIN TIME AND BUDGET. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IN FACT, I WILL AGAIN BE USING ASPEN LANDSCAPING FOR YEARLY MAINTENANCE.
