Action Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning

They did an excellent job.

I called late yesterday and they got back to me right away. They came first thing this morning. My drain had to be snaked way, way, way into the system. They explained everything they did, in terms I could understand. Based on the way my plumbing was done by the Builder many years ago, this was inevitable. They showed me everything that was done, and everything that may need to be done in the future. These guys know their stuff! They were very respectful of my belongings, and cleaned up their work area well. I would definitely use them again.

The kitchen sink was slow and after pouring some drano, the sink still was slow, so we call Action Plumbing, they came in the same day and perform a cleaning in the basement pipes, and it works, for a while it start being slow and making some noises, Action Plumbing is a very responsible company and take their jobs seriously, they called to see if there was a problem and after they find out that the sink was not working properly, they came back to my house to clean again, and they did a wonderful job, now it is working very well.

I had an emergency leak and my regular plumber ”who is listed on Angies List” as doing emergencies , wouldn’t come until the next day. Water coming through the ceiling and no one could come in. I called 6 other plumbers who did “emergency” work and none could come that Monday. Angies List really needs to evaluate their clients. Action came in and took care of the problem. They did great work and a reasonable price. Call them first. They truly honor their word about being “emergency” service.

* Very few plumbing companies will deal with mobile homes. They were very willing. * Once it was assessed and the true damage was found, they were able to take care of the entire job of replacing the whole framing and bathroom flooring as well as reseat the toilet with better under support. * Keith, our plumber is a "go to" guy and will do a thoroughly great job! He even worked with the insurance company for the water damage claim. * I've already called him to replace a hot water tank at the same mobile home. Getting one for a mobile home, one that will fit that particular space, as well as looking for conversion fittings as the existing one's are no longer made. It has been challenging, but he has persevered in finding a match.

I called at 9:30 in the morning and they came same day at 2:45pm. Snaked 40 feet and replace some leaking pipe under the sink. They did a great job of protecting my property by covering the kitchen floor with a tarp, putting plastic under the sink and wearing booties. Don and Dave were very professional and answered all of my questions. And I got a 10% Angie's list discount. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

The old valve was very hard to replace due to its location. Jim did a great job in relocating the new valve so it will be easy to replace in the future. Because of the failure of this old pressure valve, the water heater pressure bladder also had to be replaced.

Left a message with contractor via Angie’s List on Sunday July 29, 2018 at 9:40PM. The next morning I had a phone call before 8am and they arrived at the house before lunch. They were extremely friendly and professional. The work area was clean after they were complete with the work. The whole experience was painless. Approximately one month later everything is still in working order. Thanks so much. I will be using them again.

We are very satisfied with the work done by Steve and his colleague. Steve gave us the quote on the projects with the best price. He and his colleague worked very hard to deliver the quality work. He also provided free, insightful suggestions on our plumbing system, and suggested us to install new equipment to save water and protect the pipes, which we were happy to do it accordingly. Highly recommend!

He does good work. Keeps the finished work looking clean, like nothing ever happened. I would hire them again.

Everything went very well. I called to schedule and appointment and they called me back right away, and worked with me to schedule an appointment at a convenient time for my schedule. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job. They did a great job and my toilets works great now.

Laundry tub was draining very slow, even overflowing some times. Last year another plumber snaked the drain but it did not make any difference. Steve came out, examined the drain and said it wasn't the underground drain, but the drainpipe from the tub that had sediment in it that had built up. (tub was over 50 yrs old). Steve replaced the old concrete tub with a new fiberglass tub which now drains much faster and is nicer looking. Clean up was super considering they had to bust up the old tub right there. extremely satisfied.

They pushed 90ft of snake to clear obstruction. Good Job!

Would definitely use again. Old original piping and one internal valve seat was stripped. Jim converted my original 3-handle shower to a single handle shower in under 6 hours. New piping, faceplate, shower arm/head & tub spout. He used a diamond-saw to cut the tile wall expertly, remove the faulty pipes, installed new copper elbows and spout piping to correct the original pipes which sat too closely, caulked and finished, exactly at the price quoted. The original spout height was too high, so he even did some additional work to make it perfect. He prepped his materials the night before at his shop to save time today. No new tiling needed, no mess left behind. I thank him and my condo wall thanks him.

Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do. He was willing to answer questions. Did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done. And was willing to do a couple of smaller jobs while he was at my house. Definitely will use him again and recommend him to family and friends!

They ended up putting a trap in as well to help clean the system. The pricing was average. They did a good job. They did resolve the problem completely.

I hired Action plumbing on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed! Steve was was extremely professional and personable. He spoke about the cost of everything beforehand and was extremely knowledgeable. It was an overall great experience. I will definitely be using action plumbing in the future!

This was the second time I've had Steve out to work on plumbing and I will gladly have him back when I need more work done. Prices can be a little higher than other plumbing contractors, but I also believe that you get what you pay for. Scheduling a service call on short notice was a breeze and the quality of Steve's work was exceptional.

Steve showed up on time and was very personable. He kept us informed as to what he was doing and why every step of the way. He even let us watch over his shoulder as he had the camera down the sewer and explained to us what he was seeing. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism, I would definitely use Action Plumbing again in the future.
