"The member called me personally on the day in question. I sent two guys that were in the area ASAP. We snaked the drains and they were all flowing at the time the service was performed. We can not guarantee sewer work, as no plumber can after leaving site, unless the sewer is dug up and replaced, this was explained to the member. I did offer to send a guy back and waive the equipment fees but that he would still have to pay for the mans time. I also suggested we camera the line and see what is causing the clog since it is happening again so quickly, which would indicate there is a problem beyond a large wad of toilet paper (simple clog).We have been serving the Ohio Valley since 1965 and have always provided excellent customer service and will continue to do so for all of customers, as was attempted with the member."
