Exactly as promised

My exhaust system was on borrowed time because one of my coworkers had temporarily welded it together, just so I could get home, but being a procrastinator, I put off the almost $300 repair. I was driving home from work one day and my exhaust pipe came loose. I immediately thought of Meineke because I had my exhaust fixed there years before and remembered that the price was reasonable and service was quick. I was supposed to pick up my grandkids at 5 pm and by the time I got to Bridgeport at 4 , my pipes were dragging on the ground. I pulled in and told the owner my situation with the grandkids, etc. and he immediately had my car brought into the bay for inspection. Within a short time, he came back with an estimate that was about $100 cheaper than an estimate I had previously obtained from a competitor located closer to my work. I gave him the okay, and by the time we had exchanged info about grandkids, my husband's and his health problems, etc., my car was ready. I really appreciated the great service and told him I had come back there because of my previous excellent experience with his business. Don't know the guy's name, but he's awesome.
