THOROUGH & SWIFT CLEANING

They came over and cleaning for 95.00. The price was to include polishing, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, mirrors, baseboards, spot cleaning the fridge...ect. Needless to say, my son's room was vacuumed only - they did not clean any of the furniture at all. Our utility room was vacuumed only - the sink was left filthy and tables were untouched. The fireplace was not polished (not even the top of it) and the shelf that leads to the basement was not touched. The office...half of the shelves were cleaned - the others were not. The Futon was not cleaned in that room either. I feel that I have been taken for $95. I do NOT recommend this company. I have tried to contact Stacy and he refuses to call me back. The one email that he sent me back regarding these complaints said that they didn't do a "spring cleaning" so my complaints are not legit. I feel, however, that this should have been addressed when he gave me an estimate, he told me these were all included. Now, they have my money and they didn't do more than half of what they said. Do not use this company!!
