Mark came to our home on 2/1/11 (through the home warranty company).   He arrived on schedule and repaired a chandelier that had a short.  I thought the problem was in the wall switch and had already replaced that.  He found the problem inside the chandelier and fixed it.  After 4 months it still works fine.   I will use this company myself after our home warranty expires.

Excellent work, problems were identified readily and repaired on the same day. Professional and very thoroughly. Knowledge of electrical processes was greatly appreciated.

Brian was early for our appt. but waited until I came home to meet him. He analyzed the issues within a half hour and was able to start work that afternoon. As a result asked him to look at all of our garage and security lighting and to correct any that were not working. His knowledge was superior and we will not hesitate to call them for any electrical issue that might arise.

Perfect! In addition to troubleshooting and replacing the receptacle causing the problem, the technician recommended an update to the GFCI receptacle in our bathroom. He completed that replacement as well while onsite.

Griggs was available in a pinch(twice) when we ran into problems during home reno projects. The gentlemen that came both times was very friendly and patient when he had to work around other workers on our jobs. He was very efficient and we have had no problems with the work that has been done. I would definitely use this company in the future if needed!

I called for an electrician and he arrived in less than 2 hours. I got a $20 off service charge for Angie's List Member by mentioning Angie's List when I called for service!

I realized that this was a small job, but I was tickled when I saw their advertisement that said no job was too small. I contacted them and Rick was here within 30 minutes of my call. It took about two hours, and he had to make a trip to the hardware store, but he finished the job. The prices were reasonable and they honored the Angie's List coupon of $20. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Arrived as promised within an hour after my call. Corrected the trouble and checked all circuits. Took about a half-hour. The charge ($85) was the minimum charge for a home service call.

They are great. I will be having them again for future repairs.

They do good work. They come quickly and on time. I will continue to use them.

They stalled around, didn't do what I said, and it ended up costing 3 times what I thought it would cost.

Mark came out and did the estimate. He was there right on time and was extremely helpful and professional. Not only did he look at the work I requested, but also a couple other things, as we were walking around the house. He was not able to write the estimate, that had to be done by the owner (or someone else at the company). This part was frustrating, because the person that took the calls, at the company, was unable to answer questions for me. A couple times, I tried to get the estimate and he wasn't able to give me the answer because the electrician was in another city, doing work, and unavailable. This was frustrating. We were on a very tight time schedule, as we were in contract on our home and this was work that was requested by the buyer. The man that came to do the work was very helpful, too, but did notice something that Mark did not address about the outlet in the garage (it was connected to a switch in the house). Overall, I was pleased, though.

Electrician was prompt and took care of these issues in about an hour.
