We had a chimney in poor repair due to water damage and old age (building is over 100 years old). A plethora of exterior issues needed to be corrected on an old brick church building. James and his crew itemized the bid, communicated with me all the way through the repair process, shared some work that may need to be considered in the future and did just an outstanding job of customer service and professionalism. No question too small and he went to great pains to make sure I was comfortable with the work - I will absolutely use his services again. James is reasonably priced and the quality of his work is amazing. He goes "above and beyond" (helped us move church pews just because it needed done!) and consistently looked for ways to exceed our expectations.
