+ 0 moreI paid $10,000 on 6/28/2018 to replace roof to R and T's Property Maintenance owner, Rod Tusing. I gave him $10,000 check deposit which he promptly cashed. He told me it would be done in 2 weeks. I have called him multiple times for which he refuses to answer. I get occasional texts that says "I will" and "I am not doing anything wrong". It is now 10/24/2018 and roof is not started nor will he promise me a certain date. He refuses to refund me. My roof leaks and he does not care. He has no clue that taking money and not doing the work is wrong or more likely he does and is a total scam.
