Paul was timely, professional, and thorough. As a non-expert in the field of fireplaces, I had a number of questions with regard to maintenance and safety. Paul was patient and answered all of my questions/concerns. I would highly recommend!

Paul was excellent! We needed an inspection on a gas fireplace in our new home that was bought a few months ago. We didn't know if it needed to be cleaned or how to operate it. Paul was quick to respond to my phone call and was easy to schedule an appointment with. He provided instructions on how to operate it and what to look for in the future to indicate it needs cleaning. The inspection was a flat $79 fee. We will definitely use him again when needed.

I left a message on Paul's machine last weekend asking him to clean our gutters. By Tuesday it was done. We have used him for several years because he is prompt, efficient and very professional. He usually cleans our chimney too but we didn't use the fireplace this past winter. Our past experience with that is also very positive.

Paul arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do, and got to work.
After cleaning the chimney he showed me some trouble spots that needed repair in addition to some I was aware of. I already had a mason scheduled to work on it, so I did not have him perform the repairs, but would have been very comfortable having him do so.
Paul also explained the safety hazards of using a wood burning stove, asked about my plans for the shielding the stove and piping from nearby combustible surfaces, and explained what needed to be done to comply with code and have a safe installation.
Paul is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional and I highly recommend him.

I called Paul, who had cleaned my chimney the year before. I asked if he would put sealant on my chimney (exterior), as I'd been told there were some hairline cracks in the chimney mortar. Paul said he didn't normally do this kind of work, but that he could do it. He decided to charge me the same amount as a chimney cleaning, as the time involved would be the same. We made an appointment. He came when he said he would and did the work. I haven't been on the roof to check his work, but I trust him to do as good a job outside as he did inside.

We highly recommend Paul. He was punctual and always on time. He did a very good job and we had no problems with him at all. Everything he did was to perfection, and he says nobody should have to call him back a second time since he does it right the first time. We just rave about him!

The work was done very well. The insert removed was large but it was carefully removed without damage. Paul was very clean, neat and professional. The fireplace needed a damper replaced and Paul went out of his way to find a replacement at the least possible cost. Very knowledgeable about the chimney, helped to reduce the down draft problem we were experiencing.

Paul was very efficient and polite. He was also very professional. He went straight the work and got the job done in a very timely manner. He was also very clean in his work.

Paul was very informative and knowledgeable about what he does. He gave me a lot of information regarding my chimney and what I should and shouldn't do with the fireplace. He installed a chimney cap that day, which wasn't part of the service he was coming for. So, her was very prepared! He was a great guy and I'd use him again!

We had an excellent experience with Western Reserve. This is not the first time we have used this company. I would highly recommend them, as Mr. Foradori is very professional, honest and complete in my opinion.

CAME ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEANED UP AFTER SELF, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON FIREPLACE PROBLEMS.

HE WAS PROMPT AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. IT WORKED FINE. WE WENT OUT OF TOWN AND WE CAME HOME AND IT WAS FROZEN AGAIN. I LET HIM KNOW AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE RIGHT OUT TO REPLACE IT WITH NO PROBLEMS. HE TAKES HIS BUSINESS SERIOUSLY. HE CLEANED THE CHIMNEY VERY WELL. HE COVERED THE FLOOR AND WAS VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. I LIKE THAT WHEN I CALL, I CAN ACTUALLY GET HOLD OF HIM AND GET A RESPONSE.
