First of all we were on a tight time frame when we were back in Ohio.  She met with us to list the home on July 4th.  Then had it sold in several weeks for the price that we hoped to ultimately get.  We were very happy with her checking on the house and all the service over the long distance.  We feel that she was there for us when we couldn't be in Ohio.  She even helped us to arrange the closing so that we didn't have to travel all the way back.

Annie was great to deal with!  She and her partner, Sheila Stupka, did an excellent job for us.   We live out of state and they were extremely helpful in working with contractors we hired to have work done on the house.  When we ran into problems with a buyer, they stepped in with sound advice and helped us navigate through a difficult sale.  Both Annie and Sheila were very professional and responded quickly in carrying through on items that needed to be addressed.  They really went above and beyond what is normally required.  I would highly recommend both of them and would use them again myself.
