A tree had fallen on my house. Tom came immediately after the tree was removed to waterproof the damage and prevent additional damage from occurring. He did an excellent job of assessing what needed to be done to repair the damage, starting work even before he could complete the assessment (due to ice/snow). The damaged area has been restored to its original state.
