Tom was great! I contacted several inspectors recommended by my realtor after my offer on a house was accepted. Tom was very prompt in getting back to me after my initial call and when I called back to schedule an appointment. I needed later in the day and he offered to adjust his typical appt time to better accommodate my schedule. He arrived at the house before me and had already begun. He was courteous and professional. The inspection took ~2 hours and it was thorough in my estimation. He provided an extremely detailed document before the end of that same day. He identified several things that should be addressed, although he was clear on what his limitations were (such as an electrical panel with double taps that a certified electrician should evaluate). We used this document to request the sellers fix 4 things and they agreed. They even installed a few smoke detectors because the report detailed there were not enough in the home. This was a great experience and I would definitely use Tom again.

Home Sellers should Beware, this is an over zealous home inspector.
