The manufacturer discontinued the leather for the chair we ordered - but never informed the store. When I called to find out the order status the problem was discovered. Our designer jumped on it. We chose a different leather and Nancy pushed and got the chair in 3 weeks rather than the original 6 week. So we did have to wait longer for our chair, but Leopolds kept after the manufacturer and we received a chair that was more pulled together than our original choice. The tables we then ordered arrived right on time, but our designer checked every so often to make sure the same type of delay didn't happen again.

Anita Schwartz, the sales representative, was so helpful. She suggested certain brands that would work, helped me look through catalogs and checked on the order to see if everything would be in by the time we moved in. Everything came in perfect shape and was installed professionally.
