Everything is great. They get me to work harder than I thought they would do. Again very professional and friendly. They are always there when they say they are going to be. They do a good job. It's a one on one trainer. They tend to have a lot of experience in the industry. They push me harder than I thought I could, I am getting a good work out with them.

pretty good, except always felt like an outsider; staff seemed to have favorite customers and time was allocated to them. this review is for the chagrin falls facility only; was stunned when one day i was told there woudl be no more servce since my original contract was over---i had been told there would be an evaluationan and follow up recommendations and opportunity to re-up seervices should i choose; but i was dropped like a hot potato without warning or concern. most disappointing; i would never recomend this facility

They are close to my house and the services I use are one on one training. They are flexible, which is good for me because my schedule can change at the drop of a hat. The group there is very attentive and they will make sure you get the workout you need and are looking for.
